Coaching - a new theme of the nursing practice in the intensive care

The coaching is currently and dynamically developing access and newly emerging qualifications, and it is especially in the field of management and professional leadership of staff in the field of management. It is usable as the method of the support of proffesional growth and develop of staff in the various type of the contexts. The coaching is widely used in today's time, no only in personal life, but in proffesional life too. The coaching style is very often aplicated to the nursing practise in abroad, however in czech nursing it's completely new problem. In theoretic part of my thesis it's aimed for the basic characteristic of the coaching and its priciples. I pursue the problematic of the coaching and its possibilities of application, especially in field of conversional process at the graduates at the department of the intensive care. For chosen qualitative research it was selected the method of collecting data with no standard polostructured interview. The tested part has in total 6 persons. The aimed researched group were nurses, leaders, work at various departmens of the intensive care. They are active in adaptation process. Applcation of Coaching Technique in Individual Planning

Bachelor Thesis ficuses on the concept of an individual planning in the social work. The first part of the thesis concetrates on the individual planning and on the role of the key worker in the creation of the client´s individual plan. Moreover, the GROW coaching method and the coaching proces, including its different phases, are introduced. The second part mainly present the possibility of the application of the coaching technique in the process of the individual planning, which is actually demonstrated through the creation of the individual plan in the residential social facilities for juveniles.
Coaching as a tool to prevent burnout in social services

The bachelor thesis introduces coaching as a tool to prevent burnout syndrome in social services. The theoretical part informs about all the basic areas of this issue. In particular, it describes the burnout syndrome, its area of origin, as well as treatment and other possible ways of preventing the syndrome. It interpret the problematics of coaching, its goals, tools and use in the working sphere. Part of thesis, which deals with social services will introduce this term in more details and will explain the terms as founder, social service inspector, quality of service and social worker. The practical part is carried out in the form of a questionnaire survey of the relevant workers in social services in the district of Jindřichův Hradec. The purpose of this research is to find out if the organizations in question know about this possibility of preventing burnout syndrome or to get other examples directly from practice on how to prevent the syndrome.
Education of employees with an emphasis on coaching

This diploma thesis deals with the issue of education with emphasis on the coaching of employees in the consulting company. Its purpose is to map this system. To accomplish the goal, SWOT analysis is used to evaluate its strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats. thesis is divided into 3 parts, namely the theoretical, methodical and practical. The theoretical part defines basic concepts related to corporate education and coaching. The methodical part details the aims of this work and the methods used in the research. The practical part is focused on the analysis of the current state of education in the company XY with an emphasis on coaching.

During the observation i would like to focus on the types of coach behaviour and his postural activity. Methodology: To achieve the goals I used the method of observation, the method of teaching interaction (ADI) and the method of audio and video recording. Results: The result of this thesis was reached and fulfilled, the research questions were answered. Thanks to this observation i can recommend some advice to another coaches. Application of the Wisconsin Inventory of Smoking Dependence Motives (WISDM-68) for coaching in the domain of quitting smoking

This thesis is based on a succesfully defended master's thesis dealing with the possibility of using psychological coaching as a support method for smoking cessation. The theoretical section provides an overview of key information on the topics of coaching and smoking, with an emphasis primarily on the aspects applied in the qualitative research project, the description of which constitutes the content of the empirical section. On the basis of the author's preconceived original design which, in addition to the diagnostic and evaluation phases, comprised the essential stage of the three-month long coaching of nine smokers in different stages of the cessation process, the author sought to map the potential benefits, advantages and other aspects of the use of coaching as an innovative method, thusfar not commonly included among the established alternatives offered as smoking cessation intervention techniques. The main contribution of this thesis is a focus on The Wisconsin Inventory of Smoking Dependence Motives (WISDM-68) and its use in smoking cessation coaching. The whole process is illustrated by the newly introduced sample case study.
