Spotřebitelské chování na trhu s mlékem a jeho rostlinnými alternativami

The thesis is focused on the characterization of segment of final consumers of cow's milk and plant-based milk alternatives in the Czech Republic. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the consumer behaviour of people interested in the consumption of the mentioned products. The literature review was followed by a description of the market for milk and plant-based milk alternatives. The research was carried out in the form of a questionnaire survey, in which 383 respondents was originally participated, but 6 respondents were subsequently removed from the research due to incorrect completion of the questionnaire. The established hypotheses were evaluated by the Pearson Chi-Square Test. The research found out that more respondents consume cow's milk than plant-based milk alternatives, that consumers are willing to pay more for higher quality products, and in the area of plant-based milk alternatives, according to a minority of respondents, there is a demand for a larger assortment. In conclusion, recommendations for business entities operating in the market were proposed.
Readers of webtoons in Czech Republic

The thesis examines webtoons and their consumers. Webtoons are comics suitable for publishing on the Internet. They are often published via social media and special platforms (for example webtoon. co mor tapas.io), which are often free and can be displayed on the phone. This makes webtoons easily accessible for consumers. Because of absence a publishing house, authors have a lot of creative freedom, so webtoons can be very diverse. Webtoons can have various art style, different genres and plots, or they can contain sound or animation. This can make them appealing to a wide range of consumers. Author can even earn money from publishing webtoons on platforms with revenue program (for example webtoon.com have this type of program). Successfull authors sometimes publish books or some kind of merchendise. This thesis aims to examine whether the respondents know webtoons, whether they actively consume webtoons, what their opinions are or what preferences consumers have. Important is also to find out if the respondents share webtoons with their freinds. Respondents indicate their genre preferences, reading habits, favorite platforms or authors. Respondents appreciate practicality and accessibility of webtoon, because they can read thewebtoons even while traveling or waiting.
Viewers as a source of information for news stations

Viewers and other recipients are in the center of attention of all media platforms. The environment is constantly developing and consumers of media content are developing with it. They are much more involved in the process of creation of content, which they now not only change and edit, but create as well. The borderline between author and public is gradually fading. Technological convergence, which gives the public new opportunities, creates a new type of recipient. Prosumer, mix between producer and consumer, defines the directions of media activity all around the world. Public has decided to take advantage of the opportunities and power of internet and developed from simple consumers to full-bodied creators of content.
The phenomenon of alcoholism and opportunities for social work

This diploma thesis explores the phenomenon of formation and development of alcohol dependence. In the first series focuses on the historical description, which demonstrates considerable anchored in the life of our ancestors already. It also defines the concept of addiction, its causes and consequences, whether psychological, medical or social. Its objective is to describe the possibilities of social work in this phenomenon. defines therefore primarily targets and understanding of social work and consequently specifics of client alcoholism. An important element is the role of the social worker in the client's motivation to change, which uses Nešpor's model of spontaneous changes in motivation. Then, on the basis of available social services selects several most suitable, which can help to improve the client's situation. Has an essential role in this issue also primary prevention, ie it discusses the methodology, target groups, focusing on adolescents and the focus is on the firm role of the family. Finally contains some official documents on primary prevention, which are discussed current issues of primary prevention practice and subsequent survey, mapping aspect of social workers on the incidence risk of alcohol dependence among adolescents attending social facilities.
Organic farming carp and its perspectives in the Czech Republic

The aim of the bachelor thesis was to evaluate the perspectives for organic carp production in Czech fish farming industry and its applicability on the fish market, taking into account all the negatives and positives of such production. The thesis was focused on the evaluation of the questionnaire campaign and expert opinion of Czech and Austrian fish farming industry representatives Based on the survey attended by representatives from a range of sectors from both above mentioned countries, following conclusions can be drawn: Economic aspects of the most significant impact on the introduction of organic carp farming:Economy of production the final price for the consumer.The buying power of the population a sufficient number of regular customers. Marketing of the organic fish awareness of organic products.Uncertain return on investment longterm effects and uncertain efficiency of the farming process.Operational Programme of Fisheries for the years 2014 2020 the possibility of successful utilization of EU subsidies.Farming technological aspects of highest impact upon organic farming:Possibility of the devaluation of existing product commonly produced carp in the Czech Republic. Availability and reliability of certified suppliers cereals. Difficulty of organic farming the quality of incoming commodities including water quality. The certification process of organic farming satisfactory meeting of all demands.Current state of the fish market in the Czech Republic (low consumption of freshwater fish).According to the established facts, organic carp farming and its production in the Czech Republic are currently of low and inadequate actuality, especially in relation to the buying power of consumers and comparatively low public awareness of organic products.
Fast food consumer´s awareness about the health risks and factors leading to preference for this type of meals

Consumption of fast-food style meals increases the risk of occurrence of health problems that might result in some diseases called lifestyle diseases or diseases of civilization. Frequent fast food consumption and related inadequate eating habits lead to increased morbidity and mortality linked particularly to obesity, diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular diseases and other health problems even from early age. This thesis analyses the problems of eating at fast food restaurants and stands from the point of view of health, proper nutrition and eating habits. The aim of the thesis is to describe objective health risks resulting from regular fast food consumption. Nutritional components and values of fast food meals and their influence on health were described as well as possible risks of development of some lifestyle diseases. The aim of the practical part of the thesis was to map the awareness of health risks resulting from frequent consumption of this kind of food among fast food consumers and the factors that lead them to preference, choice of this kind of nutrition instead of rational nutrition. The research was performed by means of qualitative data collection methods observation of the target group consisting of visitors of fast food restaurants and stands and the method of structured interview with selected fast food consumers. The research was performed with fifteen respondents selected by random selection method. The data collection results were subject to content analysis. The results have shown that Czech fast food consumers are informed on health risks like obesity, cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, hypercholesterolemia, hypertension and gastrointestinal problems caused by frequent fast food consumption and they are aware of the negative nutritional aspects of this type of diet, particularly high content of fat, salt and sugar. The research result have also shown that Czech fast food consumers do not prefer fast food to rational nourishment. If they eat fast food, it is because of haste and lack of time and when they feel they have no other possibility. The consumers prefer fast food when they have real appetite or when they are in a foreign town or country. Social factors have also proven to have influence on fast food consumption. Eating at fast food restaurants with friends is particularly popular among teenagers and children, who even go to fast food restaurants to play, celebrate birthdays etc. The observation results have shown that location of fast food operations have no essential influence on attendance, type of consumers and the factors affecting consumption of this kind of food.
