WINE HOUSE NIKOLSBURG MIKULOV

The topic of this diploma thesis was to design a winery house in the open landscape in a traditional wine landscape of Mikulov. The designed building serves as a four stars hotel with apartment rooms, restaurant, wellness, wine shop and a small wine farm with a storage of wine. There are unique views to the Mikulov city, Turold hill and surounding vineyards. The longitudinal axe is oriented on northeast–southwest. Majority of rooms, terraces and both atriums are directed on prospective axes. The object has one basement and three groundfloors. It is (situated) into the sloping terrain and constrasts with the wavy landscape of Mikulov for its racional and linear conception. It is inspired by terracced formations in near suroundings and uses it for its mass as well. It creates a new landscape dominant that remainds the geological formation of limestone situated in the surroundings of the Mikulov city. The regular rhytm of windows on facade refers to the Mikulov´s renaissance. The regular placement of window openings, and their rhythm are inspirated by Mikulov renaissance. Smaller holes, glass surfaces, light color of facade, green roof and shielding elements prevent from overheating the object during the summer. The water element in the courtyard offers pleasant refreshment for the visitors.
Viladům Masarykova quarter - Brno

The bachelor thesis deals with the design of new villa building which is placed in Brno-Stranice. The main part of the land is currently a residential building with reference number 1033. The land is boun-ded by the Helceletova street on the east side and Roubalova street on the north side. The building was designed to harmonize with the shape of the land. The skew walls were used for this purpose. The villa has four aboveground floors and one underground floor. The plot is located on a slope. The construction system uses the combined skeleton. The outer peripheral masonry is made of Porotherm ceramic blocks thickness of 300 mm. The columns are from a reinforced concrete, concrete is C25/30, XC1, S4. The horizontal carrier system is composed of a reinforced concrete slabs which are reinforced in two directions. The reinforced concrete is made of C25/30, XC1, S4 concrete and B500/B500B steel. The foundations are designed as a reinforced concrete foundation pads and strips. The foundation pads are from a concrete C20/25 with the gap under underlying concrete C8/10 thickness of 50 mm and they are stored at a depth of -4.010 meters. The foundations under peripheral walls are from the reinforced concrete. The foundation strips are from concrete C20/25 and they are stored at a depth of -4.010 meters too. The windows are folded from the aluminium frames and the insulating double glazing. The architectural emphasis is created by the peripheral walls and the unusual ground plan. The facade is ventilated and is constructed with an air gap. The outdoor tiles are made from the light stone veneer of 20 mm thickness. The flat roof is a warm flat roof with the heated roof drain and overflows. The gradient of the roof is ensured by using the gradient wedge made of expanded EPS polystyren. The moisture barrier layer above the ceiling plate is made from a modified self-adhesive asphalt strip of 1.2 mm thickness. The top layer is designed to bonding the heat insula-tion by polyureth

Multi-functional residential building -Ro-3

Bachelor's thesis describes the design of multifunctional brick family house in the picturesque town Štramberk. In the building there is a barrier free ceramic workshop with own store and a housing unit for a family of four. The main focus was on functionality, low energy consumption and placement into the local landscape. The building has a partial basement, two floors and an attic. The roof is gabled, covered with ceramic burnt roofing. On the first floor there is a living room with large terrace, which offers a nice view of the countryside.
Energy efficient house

The topic of this bachelor thesis is processing of a project documentation of a new Energy efficient family house. The new family house is located in Šternberk. The object is designed as two-floor house, partly with a cellar in the rectangular shape. The house is covered with a grable roof and a garage next to the house with a mono-pitched roof. Facade of house is white with decorative of elements stone veneer. The construction is made from ceramic blocks and basement is made from permanent formwork.

The territory in question for the design of architectural study is located in the city of Brno-Zidenice, cadastral area of Zidenice, on the left (east) bank of the river Svitava, 2 km east of the historic core. An area of about 4.1 ha is bounded on the south Bubenickova street, on the east side is street Kopernikova, Lazaretni is on the north and on the west side is nameless street, which currently serves as a handler - connecting. The subject of this diploma thesis is the architectural study of the design of the urban spatial structure with intensive use of city urban area, designed in pre-diploma project, which preceded diploma thesis. The meaning this proposal is to achieve higher densities while maintaining quality of life and living environment. The shape of the object´s ground plan based on the area. The shape defined Bubenickova street from the south side and street Kopernikova defined the shape from the east side, which are themselves almost perpendicular. Also the shape is parallel with a very important point territory - the urban spa (architect B. Fuchs, 1931), which is adjacent to the proposed facility and the stresses their importance in terms of architecture. The spatial resolution respects the surrounding buildings. The aim is to release the most western part, which is defined for parking, urban public transportation, entrances to underground garages and green areas. Green area is also located in the northern part of the territory where it is created park with a water feature and tangled hiking trails. From the western and eastern parts of the object is tree-lined because the object is very the close to the surrounding streets. The object is for vehicular traffic completely closed and is only for pedestrians. But it also has a public plaza with green areas and water features for relaxation and wellbeing.

Bachelor thesis consists in elaboration of project documentation for construction of new building of detached single family house in Písek. The building has two floors and one underground floor. Due to the sloping plot, the underground floor on the eastern side of the building is accessible from the ground level. On this floor there is a garage, technical services of the house, storage and bathroom. Vertical communication is provided by a reinforced concrete staircase. The main entrance to the 1st floor will enter the entrance hall with access to the living room with kitchen. There is a corridor in the 1st floor, living room with kitchen, toilet, pantry, ladies' room, men's office, women's cloakroom, men's cloakroom, home-made work room, gym, sauna, bathroom with separate toilet. On the second floor there is a corridor, a bedroom, a bathroom with separate toilet, two cloakrooms, a bathroom and two bedrooms. The building is based on a piled foundations and reinforced concrete slab made by waterproof concrete. External wall on first ground floor is made of waterproofing concrete.  Floors are made of ceramic blocks or reinforced concrete. The masonry of above-ground floors is insulated with a contact insulation system. Ceiling slabs are monolithic reinforced concrete. The roof of the building is flat.
