The subject of this bachelor thesis is the analysis of the recruitment process with a focus on human resource management in the production company EXCALIBUR AMRY spol. a.s., improving the recruitment process with a new way of working with students and improving the occupancy of unpopular positions in the company. The whole work consists of three main parts, the first part contains the theoretical background needed to write the work, in the second part we can meet the analysis of the environment and specific problems and in the third phase we can find a proposal to improve the bottleneck to streamline society.

The practice of bachelor students of the librarianship

The bachelor's thesis provides information about general high school library and information practice recommendation, that is based on document "European Curriculum Reflections on Library and Information Science Education". The thesis brings information on the text of The Institute Curricula and gives the analysis of students internships that run over at three high schools in the Czech Republic (universities in Praha, Brno and Opava). The introduction describes a genesis of the Bologna Process initiatives and their development. In the next part, there is a brief introduction to the European Curriculum Reflections. The text itself is a conclusion of the EU project inspired by discussions around the Bologna Process. Subsequently, the chapter 11 titled "Practice and Theory: Placement as a part of the Curriculum" is introduced. The third chapter of the thesis focuses on students' internships that run over at the abovementioned high schools. The relevant information obtained from the Library and Information Science university teachers are presented, followed by results compilation and comparison. Role of an association as a non-state actor in the public diplomacy of the Czech Republic

The bachelor thesis defines the role of an association in the Czech Republic's public diplomacy. AIESEC, the biggest organization run by students in the world, was chosen as an example. This thesis is focused on the internships which are organized by AIESEC and aim to develop the international cooperation. Interviewing the interns was used as a method for the role definition. Per the thesis AIESEC as a non-state actor supports the fulfillment of strategy of the foreign policy of the Czech Republic and interns actively participate in building the brand of our country. The thesis contains the outcomes from interviews with interns as well as recommendation which might by interesting mostly for AIESEC but also inspiration for other associations with similar goals.
Possibilities of foreign internships for university students in Czech Republic

The bachelor's thesis is focused on possibilities of foreign internships for university students in Czech Republic. The first part of the thesis concerns internships of Faculty of International Relations at University of economics. The second part makes analysis of foreign internships arranged by student's multicultural organization AIESEC. The third part of the thesis describes foreign internships arranged by another student's multicultural organization IAESTE, which is intended more for technical students. The aim of the thesis is to analyse all of the possibilities of foreign internships. Furthermore, to determine their main benefits for students.

Impact of Quality Management and Lean Six Sigma Practical on leanness level of organizations in Czech Republic

The aim of this work is to determine a methodology to measure the leanness level of the organizations that have an internship in the framework of the minor specialization of Quality Management and Lean Six Sigma at University of Economics. The theoretical part of the Thesis presents issues of Lean Six Sigma methodology, describes basic characteristics and main Lean Six Sigma tools. The Thesis also describes process of a research, on which was applied the proposed measurement methodology of an internship impact on organizations. The research methodology describes leanness measurement approach, process of data collection and its subsequent analysis and evaluation. The last chapter includes conclusion of results, suggestions and recommendations to improve Quality Management and Lean Six Sigma Practical.
Employer Branding; influencing student perception by campus management activities

The target of this thesis was to define the concept of employer branding and its relation to campus management, the activities companies do in order to attract students and promote themselves as quality employers. The theoretical research captures the marketing essence of branding and further develops it into the employer branding framework. Further research focussed on possible campus management activities. In the practical part the popularity and effectiveness of the activities were tested through several student surveys, expert interviews and own experience of the author. The result forms a basis for a recommendation of campus management strategy adjustment.
The proposal for a new promotional campaign for AIESEC Prague

The aim of this thesis is to create the concept of a new promotional campaign, which concerns the recruitment of students of University of Economics (VSE) for internships through the student organization AIESEC. The thesis includes theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals comprehensively with promotion. This section is also devoted to the issue of proper planning of promotional campaigns and the creation of market research. The practical part includes assessing the previous campaign and the new proposal. Trends in the current communications represent a customer-orientation, which is increasingly demanding. Promotional campaign I have proposed matches the specific requirements of VŠE students. I considered all the promotional channels and means that could be used within the promotion at VSE.
