Bakalářská práce se zabývá rolí spolku ve veřejné diplomacii České republiky. Jako ukázkový spolek byl vybrán AIESEC, který je největší neziskovou organizací řízenou studenty na světě. Konkrétně se práce zaměřuje na zahraniční stáže tohoto spolku, které mají jako jeden z cílů stanoven rozvoj mezinárodní spolupráce. Pro charakteristiku role spolku ve veřejné diplomacii byla zvolena metoda rozhovorů s účastníky stáží. Z práce vyplývá, že AIESEC je jako nestátní aktér přispívá k naplnění strategie zahraniční politiky České republiky a stážisté se aktivně podílí na budování značky naší země. Práce obsahuje výstupy z rozhovorů i doporučení, která by mohla být zajímavá především pro AIESEC, případně inspirací pro podobně orientované spolky. The bachelor thesis defines the role of an association in the Czech Republic's public diplomacy. AIESEC, the biggest organization run by students in the world, was chosen as an example. This thesis is focused on the internships which are organized by AIESEC and aim to develop the international cooperation. Interviewing the interns was used as a method for the role definition. Per the thesis AIESEC as a non-state actor supports the fulfillment of strategy of the foreign policy of the Czech Republic and interns actively participate in building the brand of our country. The thesis contains the outcomes from interviews with interns as well as recommendation which might by interesting mostly for AIESEC but also inspiration for other associations with similar goals.
