Předmětem této bakalářské práce je analýza procesu náboru zaměstnanců se zaměřením na řízení lidských zdrojů ve výrobní společnosti EXCALIBUR AMRY spol. a.s., zlepšení procesu náboru zaměstnanců o nový způsob spolupráce se studenty a zlepšení obsazenosti nepopulárních míst ve společnosti. Celá práce se skládá ze tří hlavních částí, přičemž první část obsahuje teoretická východiska potřebná pro psaní práce, v druhé části se můžeme setkat s analýzou prostředí a konkrétními problémy a v třetí fázi můžeme nalézt návrh zlepšení úzkého místa pro zefektivnění chodu společnosti. The subject of this bachelor thesis is the analysis of the recruitment process with a focus on human resource management in the production company EXCALIBUR AMRY spol. a.s., improving the recruitment process with a new way of working with students and improving the occupancy of unpopular positions in the company. The whole work consists of three main parts, the first part contains the theoretical background needed to write the work, in the second part we can meet the analysis of the environment and specific problems and in the third phase we can find a proposal to improve the bottleneck to streamline society.
