This Bachelor's thesis focuses on analysis factors determining the prosperity of small-sized company. The theoretical part describes different approaches and analysis in management, marketing, human resources management and financial management. The practical part demonstrates specified methods and approaches used to analyze specific small-sized company dealing with buying and selling plants in the European market. The aim of the Bachelor's thesis is to analyze the situation in the specific small-sized company and draft short-term and long-term measures leading to increase its prosperity.
Specificitions of human resource management in the middle size company

The Master's Thesis engages the processes of education, hiring, choice and adaptation of new employees in a middle size company. Human resources activities, which are necessary for the practical part, are introduced in theoretical part of the thesis. Organisation, where has research been made is introduced in the practical part. Research has been made by a questionnaires, individual interview and mystery shopping. The methods of the mystery shopping and questionnaires were used twice in the thesis, once for research before the education project from EU funds and for second time after it. Main task to reach the goal of the thesis is the comparison of results from both researches. There is a recommendation for improvements of the education processes in the company. This recommendation should be a basement for set-up a new education system in the company.
Education of employees in a selected company

This bachelor's work deals with the education of employees in a selected organization like one of the most important tasks in the field of human resources management. Effectiveness and success of the educational process is highly important for each organization. The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to analyse and describe the educational process in the selected organization. My bachelor's thesis includes two parts: a theoretical part and a practical one. The theoretical part will focus on the education and its basic forms and methods. Also in the theoretical part the process of education will be described in details. In the practical part is going to be the presentation of the selected organization and the analysis of the educational process there. Based on the obtained results, at the end of the practical part will be discussed the evaluation and recommendations about possible improvements of the whole education system in the organization.
An Analysis of Employee Evaluation System in ČSOB

This bachelor thesis is focused on the system of performance appraisal in a particular organization. The introduction of practical part is devoted to presentation of the analysed company which is subsequently examined through the analysis of internal documents and structured interviews on the topic of this issue with selected employees and managers of the company. Practical part of this bachelor thesis also compares the theoretical form of employee evaluation system with its form in practice. The aim of this work is identification of strengths and weaknesses of the evaluation system in examined company and formulation of proposals for its streamlining. These proposals should lead to improve the quality of human resources management and also to increase employee satisfaction.

The theoretical part defines the important principles and concepts of personnel management in the relevant parts of the world, according to information obtained in the literature, listed in the sources used. In the following practical part the current state of HR management in selected companies is evaluated and analyzed. At the end, there is a summary of findings and a few suggestions on what could be done to improve the current state of HR management practices.

The Master's Thesis deals with human resources management in small businesses. The theoretical part introduces small business' specifics in human resources and describes personal processes in small businesses. The aim of the theoretical part is to provide theoretical framework for the practical part of the thesis. In the practical part the small company is described including the description of personal processes in the company. The goal of the thesis is to analyse personal processes in the company, evaluate them and to create recommendations for management of the company. These recommendations are presented in the second part of the practical section of the thesis and if applied should lead to an improvement of the company's human resources management.
The Level of Human Resources and their Role in Regional Development of the Zlín Region

There are two main aspects this thesis is based on. These are human resources as a major factor of regional development and human capital as the most valuable asset of the organization. The aim of the thesis is to map the situation in the labor market in the Zlín region as seen from the perspective of employers and from the perspective of further regional development in prospective sectors of the economy. The thesis deals not only with the level and quality of human resources in the Zlin region, but also with employers' satisfaction with the current level of the workforce. The first part is based on the theoretical background and focuses on human resources as a factor of regional development in the Czech Republic. The following chapters deal with regional policy and regional development in the country. The next part is aimed at human resources in terms of organization and especially personnel management. It describes selected areas of human resource management that are important for the theoretical basis of the thesis. The practical part is divided to three parts. The first part introduces the analysis of the situation in the Zlín Region. It contains basic indicators of the level of human resources and compares them with other Czech regions. Then there are the results of a survey and structured interviews, which were conducted among employers in the Zlín region. The aim of the survey was to identify employers' satisfaction with human resources in the region and assess the quality of human resources in terms of the appropriateness of the focus of education and its level compared to the needs of employers in the region. The final part of the thesis summarizes the results obtained in the analysis and compares them with the results from employers in the region. It is concluded by the evaluation of hypotheses.
Analysis and Evaluation of selected Areas of Human Resources Management in a selected Organization

My diploma thesis titled "Analysis and Evaluation of selected Areas of Human Resources Management in a selected Organization" deals with the issue of managing labour performance of employees from both, theoretical and practical perspectives.The theoretical part focuses on the issue of managing human resources in the organisation. The attention is especially paid to managing labour performance, evaluation, rewarding, educating and development of employees.Practical application of theoretical findings was utilized in the Tooltechnic Systems CZ s.r.o. and TTS Slovakia s.r.o. companies. To collect data, a method of internal document analyses, semi-structured interview and questionnaires were used.The emphasis was given to comparing opinions of managers gathered from semi-structured interviews with opinions of their subordinates gathered from questioning. The conclusion presents contemporary system of managing labour performance in selected company and further presents solutions for improvement.
Education and human resources development in selected companies

The aim of the diploma thesis called "Education and human resources development in selected companies" is to highlight the prevalent forms of education in selected companies, to analyze them with regard to human resources development and to propose changes leading to improve the future knowledge economy. Two companies have been selected for research: Schwan Cosmetics CR, Ltd., based in Český Krumlov, which produces wooden cosmetic pencils, and Leifheit, Ltd., based in Blatná, producing domestic utensils and fabrics. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and an experimental part. The theoretical part required a number of relevant scholarly treatises to be studied. In this part, the basic terminology pertaining to human resource management, education of employees and knowledge economy is explained. The following part first describes the selected companies and then it focuses on the analysis of education of employees and the human resources development in these companies, by means of questionnaires and unguided interviews with heads of personnel departments. In the closing part, a summary of acquired data, together with recommendations and suggestions for possible improvements are included.

In the theoretical part of this thesis were summarized issues of stress, symptoms of stress, stress and healthy, types of stressors, stress factors in the workplace, stress management, work performance and pathological situations in the workplace, such as bossing, mobbing and sexual harassment.
