Diplomová práce pojednává o řízení lidských zdrojů v malém podniku. V teoretické části uvádí specifika malých podniků v personální oblasti a popisuje personální činnosti, které by měly být v malém podniku prováděny. Teoretická část poskytuje podklady pro druhou část práce. V praktické části práce je nejdříve představena společnost, následně jsou popsány personální procesy, které v podniku probíhají. Cílem diplomové práce je analýza personální práce v dané organizaci, její zhodnocení a návrh doporučení pro společnost. Tato doporučení představují závěr praktické části. Jejich aplikace by měla organizaci přispět ke zlepšení systému personální práce a nepřímo tak zlepšit konkurenceschopnost podniku. The Master's Thesis deals with human resources management in small businesses. The theoretical part introduces small business' specifics in human resources and describes personal processes in small businesses. The aim of the theoretical part is to provide theoretical framework for the practical part of the thesis. In the practical part the small company is described including the description of personal processes in the company. The goal of the thesis is to analyse personal processes in the company, evaluate them and to create recommendations for management of the company. These recommendations are presented in the second part of the practical section of the thesis and if applied should lead to an improvement of the company's human resources management.
