Cílem mé bakalářské práce je zhodnocení a porovnání personálních činností v západních zemích a zemích Perského zálivu zjištěných na základě zkušeností personalistů uvedených podniků a studia literatury. V části teoretické jsou popsané základní poznatky a pojmy o zásadách personálního řízení v příslušných částech světa podle informací získaných v literatuře uvedené v seznamu použitých zdrojů. V následující praktické části je zhodnocen a zanalyzován současný stav personálního řízení ve vybraných společnostech. Závěrem práce je shrnutí všech poznatků, které byly nalezeny. The aim of this Bachelor thesis is to describe, analyze and evaluate human resources management practices and policies in Western countries and in the GCC countries. The theoretical part defines the important principles and concepts of personnel management in the relevant parts of the world, according to information obtained in the literature, listed in the sources used. In the following practical part the current state of HR management in selected companies is evaluated and analyzed. At the end, there is a summary of findings and a few suggestions on what could be done to improve the current state of HR management practices.
