Processing and Evaluation of Employees' Wages

The practical part of my bachelor{\crq}s degree dissertation I applied to the company KIII, spol. s r. o. I concentrated on an employee appraisal in the context of how to fairly reword employees. In this part I suggest a special form for this company. This form will create the basis for fairly dividing the benefits. I think, the company should think about increasing the limits of those bonuses. This will motivate an employee, which will make a great effect on their work. I believe that this suggestion will bring only positive results because it{\crq}s well formalized, fair and transparent.
Evaluation of employees

The issue deals with evaluation of employees. In a practical part I take in all of the literature's recommendation about how a good evaluation should be. The subject of investigation in a practical part is a company XY that has never formally evaluated employees. The absence of standart-appreciation brings lots of negatives to the company. The goal of the practical part is to come up with a new system of appreciation which can help the company to deal with these negatives better. The employeed-appreciation will be made by means of recently made evaluation-forms. Part of the issue would be also suggestion of an exemplary procedure of the introduction of the new system of evaluation. The most important steps, which must be realized to make the introduction of the system successful, will be higlighted. The suggested system of evaluation must be simple, easy-to-understand and administratively undemanding to be well accepted in the company.
Utilization of accounts information for financial planning and rewarding of management in the company

This diploma thesis deals with financial planning and the employee reward system. The main goal of the thesis is to create a practical guide, with help of which the company XYZ would be able to annually prepare a planned the profit and loss statement, balance and cash flow overview. Furthermore, its goal is to predict the financial situation and efficiency of the company for the year 2010. The thesis also discusses the possibilities of suitable motivation and reward system for chief executives. The findings from this thesis should be utilizable not only for the management of the company XYZ, but also for other businesses. The thesis is divided into two parts -- theoretical and practical. Practical part uses the information included in the theoretical part for application to the concrete company.
Employee motivation in the company Metrostav

The bachelor thesis is concerned with the area of employee motivation. Nowadays there is paid quite a lot of attention to this area, not just from a point of view of employees but as well from the point of view of companies themselves in terms of building a certain image of a prominent employer on the market. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the motivation of employees in the civil society and assess job satisfaction in selected areas of personnel work, to further analyze the system of training and development and evaluating and rewarding employees. Data collection for the analysis of employee motivation, I conducted using questionnaires. For the analysis of training and development and evaluating and rewarding, I received information through non-standardized interview with the competent employees of the company and I have conducted an assessment provided by certain company documents. The theoretical part explains the concept of motivation as well as factors affecting the motivation of a road leading to motivation. Falls below this performance management, evaluation and remuneration of employees. Next I will address the development and training as a way of motivation and overall essence of the corporate culture. Following in the practical part the theory will be confronted with the practice in the company Metrostav. I evaluate a concrete form system of evaluation and compensation, employee training and development and corporate culture of the company.
ICT roles system and their appraisal

This diploma thesis addresses the ICT employee evaluation methods in conjunction with their ICT roles. The objective of this work is to produce the lead-in for ICT managers, Human Resources staff etc. for creation of employee evaluation systems or motivation programs in the workplaces with high rate of ICT professions. The work strives to combine psychological and informatics insight to offer corresponding evaluation instruments for each ICT role.

c) Analysis of the personnel function in the city government in Ostrov

This thesis contains an analysis of the personnel function in municipal government, specifically in the city government in Ostrov. It involves a mapping of the current human resources function along with a recommended new system of managing human resources. The method used is a comparison of knowledge gained from current city government officials with that obtained from academic literature. The recommendations are divided into separate analytical categories, and are given in the form of practical steps to be applied in human resources management.
