AC Sparta Prague futsal marketing mix and proposals for the improvement

Title: AC Sparta Praha futsal marketing mix and proposals for the improvement Objectives: The main objective of this bachelor work was to examine a marketing mix of AC Sparta Prague futsal club and based on the acquired information propose measures which will lead to the improvement of the current situation as well as the bigger public interest. Methods: In the theoretical part was an analysis of documents applied. A structured interview with open questions was used to acquire basic information about the club, the current marketing mix and the information needed for the executed analyses. Based on the observation of "A" team matches, the case study and the study of documents the survey of club environment conditions was conducted. PEST analysis and the analysis of sources were used for club environment analysis. SWOT analysis was created to sum up all found out information. Results: Results have displayed unprofitable functioning of AC Sparta Prague futsal club and deficiencies in the marketing mix, primarily in a club merchandising, accompanying program and promotion. Incidence of injuries and their prevention in women's and men's futsal in the Czech Republic

Title: Incidence and Prevention of Injuries in Men's and Women's Futsal in the Czech Republic. Objectives: The aim of this study was to map the frequency of injuries among players in the First Futsal League for both men and women in the Czech Republic. To identify the most common types of injuries in this sport, the situations in which injuries occur, the length of recovery periods, and how players try to prevent these injuries. Methods: For the research, a non-standardized questionnaire with both closed and open-ended questions was created on survio.com. The questionnaire was sent electronically to 12 clubs in the First Futsal League for men and women. A total of 121 questionnaires were completed. Data processing was aquired by using Microsoft Excel. Results: The results showed that for both genders, the lower extremities were the most injured body parts (men 63.2%, women 71.4%). The ankle joint was the most frequently injured (40.7% men, 38.8% women), followed by thigh muscle injuries in men (37.0%) and bruises in women (31.3%). Thigh injuries were the third most common for women (26.9%). The most common cause of injury among respondents was an unintended fall caused by an opponent or due to failure of movement control (men 41.7%, women 43.6%). The design of the sports and recreation center in Vsetín solves the complete revitalization of the unused territory on the periphery of the town in the Ohrada district. The aim of the project is to revive the poorly accessible and neglected area and its use not only for a wide range of sports activities, but also for leisure activities and recreation. The whole area should be freely accessible and open to a wide range of public. Four main buildings are designed in the complex: a multi-purpose sports hall, a hotel, a tennis club and a snack bar with a bicycle service. There is a football field, a basketball court and a small football pitch on the open spaces between these objects, as well as two climbing walls, an outdoor gym and a parkour area with many obstacles. The rest of the areas are pavements and free grass areas intended for leisure and recreation of visitors.
Comparison of existing and innovative teaching of futsal in primary schools.

The thesis aims at teaching futsal in primary schools. In this thesis we would like to highlight the issue of teaching futsal in primary schools, as it is often not about teaching futsal, but only about indoor football. We will try to shed light on the main problems and show the way for teachers how this sport should be taught properly in schools. It covers the historical development of futsal and the evolution of the sport in the RVP, rules, movement skills and abilities, game activities of the individual, game combinations and game systems. The work also includes two exercise books, an existing one and an innovative one. The ambition of the thesis is to highlight the improvement of skills and abilities in futsal through specialized futsal training and to provide teachers or university students with a clear manual for teaching the sport. The influence of specific futsal preparation on the body composition of Bohemians Prague 1905 futsal players

Title: The effect of specific futsal preparatory period on the body composition of Bohemians Praha 1905 futsal players Objectives: The main objective of the study was to analyze changes in selected parameters of body composition of the Bohemians Praha 1905 futsal players, which occurred due to specific futsal preparatory period. Methods: The work has the character of an empirical research, the main method is observation. A total of 9 players (1 goalkeeper, 3 defenders and 5 forwards) who played for the Bohemians Praha 1905 futsal club, took part in the research. Basic anthropometric parameters (body height, body weight, BMI) were measured. The BIA method (BIA-Tanita MC 980) was used to obtain input and output data for the analysis of changes in body composition parameters. Statistical data processing (arithmetic mean, standard deviation, tables and graphs) performed in Microsoft Excel. Results: The results of our study show that during the specific futsal preparatory period there were changes in most of the body composition parameters. The only parameter that did not change was fat mass, the value of which remained the same even after a specific futsal preparatory period (12.4 kg). Title Analysis and Prevention of the Most Common Injuries Among the Players of Futsal FIFA in the Czech Republic. Objectives The aim of this thesis is to introduce one of the dynamically developing modifications of Football - futsal FIFA, assess injuries and point out the importance of using preventive measures. Methods In this thesis, it is used the method of research available to Czech and foreign sources and the method of written questioning - non-standardized questionnaires. This method is used to analyse the most common injuries, injury prevention measures and to obtain information about existing experience of players with physiotherapy. This questionnaire was distributed to the 27 clubs playing futsal 1st, 2nd and lower league competition. A total of 400 players were approached, the data were processed by 236 players (59% return). For data analysis software was used Microsoft Excel® for Mac, 2011. Results It was injured 136 of the 236 surveyed players in season 2015/2016. It corresponds to 42% incidence of injuries. Data obtained from non-standardized questionnaire survey shows that the most common injury to players in the FIFA Futsal Czech Republic is the area of the lower extremity (66 %). The current situation, according to knowledge of descriptors of futsal referees performance is not sufficient and adequate to those players' or referees from other sports games. Body composition analysis of the players of AC Sparta Praha futsal

Title: Body composition analysis of AC Sparta Prague futsal players Objective:The main objective of this work is to evaluate selected body composition parameters of the AC Sparta Prague futsal players. Methods: A total of 13 players participated in the research (2 goalkeepers, 5 defenders and 6 forwards). Bioelectric impedance analysis using BIA-Tanita MC 980 was used to determine body composition. The monitored parameters were body height, body weight, BMI and other body composition parameters. Statistical data processing (arithmetic mean, standard deviation, tables and graphs) performed in Microsoft Excel. Results: The players of AC Sparta Praha as a whole do not have a typical body composition for top athletes. The mean age of the measured team was 28.2 ± 5.7 years. The average body height of the measured team was 178.1 ± 5.8 cm. The total average weight of the measured set was 79.4 ± 7.6 kg. Fitness training for football and soccer players

The aim of this thesis was to map the differences in physical preparation of futsal and football players. The thesis is divided into two main parts. The first one is theoretical and the second one is practical. The theoretical part is focused primarily on the basic and general things that concern both sports. There is mentioned a brief characteristics, rules and also the differences in systematice of both sports. Last, but not least the theoretical part describes sports training, which is divided into components, such as technical or tactical, but greater part is devoted to physical preparation. The practical part consistes of an individual interview with coaches of futsal and football and testing of a selected sample of players using fitness tests, which serve to verify the established hypotheses. The goal was to find out whether the futsal players are better equipped than the football players in terms of fitness or not.
