Fluctuation of Employees in the Manufacturing Company

This thesis concerns fluctuation of employees in a manufacturing company. The approach taken was based on existing literature on the topic, internal data provided by the company, collaboration with workers and HR employees, and a survey. The aim was to propose a set of recommendations leading to a decrease in the number of employees voluntarily leaving company DFK s.r.o. The resulting recommendations could be used by the HR department as a guidelines in designing new motivational policies and rethinking the work environment.

This master thesis deals with employee fluctuation in the selected manufacturing company. In its first part, it explains theoretical concepts associated with employee fluctuation, the ways to measure it, the most common reasons causing employees to leave, and associated costs to the company. The theoretical findings are used in the next part of the thesis to analyse and examine a particular situation in the selected company. The final part contains suggestions for improving identified problems to reduce fluctuation.

This diploma thesis deals with issues of employee motivation. It describes the latest happenings in the labour market and clarifies the importance of a company’s of the reasons why employees leave. The theoretical part gets us acquaints us with the needs and satisfaction of employees, and the way these can be accomplished. This information is applied on the motivation system of the travel agency Invia.cz. The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyse and to suggest some solutions for the improvement of the motivational atmosphere in the company. The survey was used for analysis.
Selection and Adaptation Process of Employees in a Selected Company

The aim of the thesis is to analyze the process of selection of employees and the process of their adaptation in selected company. The part of the analysis is to find out why employees are leaving the company. Next, I will look at the differences between the expectations that employees had before entering and the reality they encountered in the work. On the basis of the findings, I will propose possible changes to improve the process and reduce the fluctuation in the company.

This diploma thesis deals with the topis of the motivation and demotivation factors and associated high fluctuations in selected company. The thesis is divided into three parts: theoretical, analytical and own proposal. The theoretical part is devoted to explaining the concepts of motivation, fluctuation, employee satisfaction and remuneration. Analytical part focuses first on the description of the selected company and its current incentive and compensation system. There is also an interpreted research on selected issues. The final part presents proposals for improving the current situation based on the results of research among current and former employees.

This bachelor thesis focuses on motivation and rewarding of employees as a possible solution to lower fluctuation of employees. The goal of my thesis is to analyse these two parts of Employee Performance Management and to assess their influence on the employee fluctuation. The theoretical part of this bachelor thesis is based on technical literature. In this part, the basics of motivation as theories of motivation or employee benefits have been described. Moreover, rewarding system and wage forms as well as other components of rewarding have been specified. The practical part focuses on analysing these two processes in a company Omega Optix, s.r.o. This data has been received through half-structured interview with the leader of Human Resources department. Furthermore, the results of questionnaire research held in this company have been analysed. Based on this data, I have specified a few recommendations for the management of the company.
Motivation and Stabilization of Employees in s Small Company

This Master´s Thesis is focused on two areas of human resource management which are motivation and stabilization of employees and the link between them. The aim of my Master´s Thesis is to analyze the structure and quality of management of employee motivation and stabilization in a particular company through my own questionnaire survey and internal company data collection. The questionnaire survey is mainly focused on identifying motivation profiles of the company's employees and factors that have a positive impact on their job satisfaction. Thanks to analysis, the relevant conclusions and suggestions are made to strengthen or stabilize the company's strengths and reduce their weaknesses in area of motivation and stabilization management. The outputs of my Master´s Thesis can be used by the company management in order to improve the quality of human resources management and stabilize company's employees.
Work motivation of dental hygienists

This work is focused on the fluctuating motivation of dental hygienists. The goal of this work is to find the causes which lead to these dental hygienists to leave this career path, their motivation and demotivation inside their workplace. The theoretical part begins with defining the dental hygienist and describes her work routine and duties. Following part will be devoted to the fluctuation and turnover rate in the workforce, the causes and consequences related to it. The third section of the theoretical part will concentrate on motivation; motivation as a concept, personal fulfilment and financial compensation as a motivation. The empirical part analyzes the motivation of the participating sample group used for this study. Qualitative research methods were used; semi-structured interviews were conducted and then analyzed. The practical output is a description of the motivators and dissatisfactions of the selected test group of dental hygienists. With the help of the interviews, the conclusion to the motivations was reached and recommendations were assembled for dentists, managers and business owners of establishments which use the services of dental hygienists. Work-related satisfaction - causes and manifestation

Bachelor thesis summarizes knowledge from the psychology of work and organization field, in particular from the field of job satisfaction. The theoretical part covers different approaches to job satisfaction and its characteristics. In introduction apart from basic terminology important theoretical approaches to work satisfaction (e.g. single-factor and double-factor theories) are presented. Further the main focus is on factors related to job satisfaction such as age, seniority, gender, education and salary. Also the effect of job satisfaction on phenomena such as work motivation, work performance, fluctuation and absenteeism is mentioned. The final chapter of theoretical part of the work is focused on the methods of job satisfaction evaluation in the Czech Republic as well as in the world. The theoretical part of the work is followed by empirical part which designs a research project of job satisfaction in actual organization. Research project is divided into two parts. Analýza fluktuací tunelového proudu v STM

The thesis deals with analysis of fluctuations of the tunnelling current in scanning tunnelling microscopy (STM). The dynamics of Sn atoms on the surface Si (111) 7x7 is studied by means of time records of the tunnelling current. The records provided characteristic times of Sn adatom staying in various areas of half unit cells of the surface reconstructions are analysed.
