Vertebrate ethograms for secondary schools

The aim of this thesis is to create an educational programme for teaching ethology at grammar schools, in which theoretical knowledge will be directly linked with practical activities. To fulfil the goals of this ethological educational programme there is used the creation of ethograms.The whole educational programme is divided into three parts. In the first part pupils are acquainted with the theory of ethology and individual types of animal behaviour and also with the principles of direct observation of animals, the creation of ethological records and their evaluation. In the second part pupils observe directly a chosen animal in zoological gardens or similar institutions and on the basis of their obtained theoretical knowledge they describe its behaviour to previously prepared forms. In the third part pupils create ethograms of vertebrates based on the gained data, which are part of an expert seminar paper in a form of an expert text, a power-point presentation or a poster. In these papers pupils keep the basic format and content rules for ethogram creation.To determine the suitability, adequacy and benefits of this educational programme there is used the evaluation of the output papers created by pupils, a questionnaire and the findings acquired from the realization of the whole programme. Non-formal education of children: How the family affects the choice of extracurricular activities

This bachelor thesis deals with the non-formal education of children, focusing in particular on the description of factors influencing college-educated parents when choosing extracurricular activities for their children, who spend an average of 5 hours per week in extracurricular activities. In the thesis, I focus on primary school children as at this age parents are the key factor that affects children's education and they are the ones from whom the patterns of behaviour and values are transmitted. The aim is to find out what influences parents in choosing extracurricular activities, the extent to which children are participating in the selection and how parents share their roles in providing extracurricular activities. In the research eleven interviews were conducted, on which content analysis was carried out accordingly. The result is a description of factors that affect all parents to a similar extent as the child's personality, interest, age, and the distance of extracurricular activities from home. The main findings are different concepts of non-formal education of some respondents, their distinct levels of control and intervention in the selection, and various ideas as to how their child should spend time. Speech Therapy in Mainstream Preschoool Education in Extracurricular Activities

The main topic of the Master's thesis are the possibilities of development of communication abilities during the preschool age through extracurricular activities. The research study is qualitative and its goal is to determine the effect of group speech therapy sessions on the communication abilities of children attending a mainstream preschool. The Master's thesis is divided into two parts - a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part provides basic information about the overall development of children from the time of birth until reaching school age. It describes the development of children's motor skills, the development of sensory perception (visual and auditory perception) and the development of communication abilities. Each part also contains information about the possibilities of stimulating the individual areas of development. The theoretical part also defines and describes impaired communication ability. The thesis deals in more detail with the types of impaired communication ability which occur frequently in population. Analysis of the process of education of pupils with moderate mental disabilities focusing on innovative teaching methods, modern digital technologies and formative special pedagogical therapies

Rigorous work deals with the issue of education of pupils with moderate mental disabilities at special elementary schools. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the issue of education of these pupils at special primary schools, the use of traditional and innovative teaching methods, communication methods and supporting pedagogical and rehabilitation methods, and the most frequently used tools. Part of the analysis is to get an overview of using new media in the context of modern digital technologies in practice as well as the possibilities of including special pedagogical therapies in the educational process of pupils with moderate mental disabilities. Given the trends of contemporary Czech education, the problem of involvement of pupils with moderate mental disabilities in out-of-school activities is included in the analysis. Part of the analysis is the attitude of teachers of special schools towards inclusion. Then evaluate the current options, the advantages of using modern methods and technologies, and alternatively draw attention to possible shortcomings. The diploma work focuses on the beginnins and historical development of elementary education in the village of Volduchy since the end of 18th century until 1965. It summarizes and analyzes available regional sources. The first chapter is about the history of Volduchy. Next chapters follow the changes in pedagogical staff, number of pupils, denomination, organisation of education, extracurricular activities, numerous celebrations, significant events, teaching collections as well as the use of the school building. The diploma work also focuses on the influence of historical events and political changes on education.

Football as an extracurricular activity at a grammar school

Title: Football as an extracurricular activity at a grammar school. Objective: This issue has already been written many works. Most of the research that I have studied, however, carried out in primary schools. Therefore, I decided to deal with this issue at grammar schools, because I think that students of grammar schools no longer have that study as much free time for extracurricular activities. The aim of my thesis is to find out how they stand football as an extracurricular activity with regard to other activities for children in this age. Furthermore, how much free time students have grammar schools, and how to handle this free time. Whether their school offers some activities or rings that could children in their spare time to attend. In conclusion, I followed the doctor Tomas Malkus discovered his opinion on stretching and compensation exercises in sports. Methods: Data were collected by the method of quantitative questioning a particular interrogation method using an anonymous questionnaire with open and closed questions and structured interviews with open and closed questions. Diplomová práce seznamuje s jednotlivými symptomy a typy pervazivních vývojových poruch. Předkládá možnosti využití široké škály různých přístupů či programů při práci s těmito žáky. Věnuje se hře ve spojení s poruchami autistického spektra a s využitím volného času v rámci školy, rodiny či projektu. Práce nastiňuje jednotlivá úskalí mimoškolních aktivit dětí a mládeže s poruchami autistického spektra. Zdůrazňuje, jakou významnou pozici mimoškolní aktivity v životě dětí a mládeže zastupují a jak důležité jsou pro všestranný rozvoj. Dále mapuje volnočasové aktivity, kterým se věnují děti a mládež s poruchami autistického spektra v rámci rodiny, školy a nejrůznějších projektů. Nedílnou součástí mimoškolních činností se stává hra, kterou lze využít jako jednu z možných forem práce s dětmi a mládeží s poruchami autistického spektra. Volný čas a hra se také prolíná návrhem projektu, který je součástí diplomové práce. Projekt nese název: "Společná škola v přírodě".
