Optimized E-shop Model

This diploma thesis is focused on creating an optimized e-shop model for the company. The theoretical basis includes e-shop and e-marketplace characteristics and deals with legal aspects important for e-commerce. The practical part describes a determined company and analyses chosen competing e-shops. The model of optimized e-shop is created on the basis of theoretical knowledge and this analysis.
Public Procurement

This dissertation is thematically focused on the issue of public procurement and consist of two parts. The theoretical part explains the basic concepts related to the issue of public procurement, especially types of public contracts, types of procurement procedures, supervision of public procurement, there is also described the historical development of public procurement, the issue of e-procurement and a separate chapter is devoted to IT procurement . The concepts of the theoretical part are further utilized and elaborated in detail in the practical part, which is focused on the development of public contracts in the Czech Republic in 2006 - 2015. The practical part is consist of individual subsections; the first is devoted to the general development of public procurement in the Czech Republic, including results of the Office for Protection of Competition in the years 2006 - 2015. The second subsection deals with the development of IT contracts awarded in the Czech Republic in the years 2008 - 2015. The third section is focused on the development of procurement through electronic marketplaces and the last chapter is devoted to the development of public contracts awarded in the years 2010 - 2015 in selected subjects at various levels of the public and the government. In the practical part are evaluate the changes and development contracts in the selected period and the methods used to achieve the results of the work, particularly comparison and analogy to compare the various trends. In the practical part are also used in basic and chain indexes from index analysis and trend prediction of time series analysis. The results of the practical part are obvious that the issue of public procurement is very complex and we need to ensure strict adjustment to this issue covered and ensure maximum transparency. Permanent amendments to the Act in many cases cause problems for both the authorities and suppliers who will then try to intentionally or unintentionally circumvent the law.
Analysis of development concerning use of electronic marketplaces in Ministry of Transport

This bachelor diploma thesis is focused on an analysis using the electronic market system by means of the time series theory. The analysis covers a mentioned process of public procurement made by contract owners registered in Tendermarket electronic marketplace and researches closely the public procurement process at Ministry of Transport. An analysis of eight different indicators, of which the total defines the resulting trend of this significant method use applied during public funds gaining, is included. Given the volume of public sector contracts, the electronic form of tendering is one of important means to reach an efficacy of expended funds. The result provides particular indicator values of the marketplace use and a future prognosis.

The Possibility of Tax Burden Reduction of municipalities through Electronic Auctions

At first, this bachelor thesis analyses and gives the reader an idea about two issues, which are not closely related. One of them is the electronic auctions in procurements, and the second one is financing local self-governing units, specifically one of their tax incomes -- local fees, or rather local taxes. The empirical part of this paper associates these issues. At the start, the thesis researches the dependence of financial savings amount achieved thanks to electronic auctions on the extent of procurements, and then, it applies the relative amount of the average financial saving on the expense of the chosen town in comparison with the income from the local fees and the real estate tax from the year of 2013.
Development of MBI model in the implementation and management of electronic purchasing systems

This thesis covers an area of procurement of companies. It's specifically orientated on supporting the procurement processes by electronic purchasing system. In the first part there are by literature search, identified and analyzed key factors for successful realization of the implementation and management of electronic purchasing system. In the second part there is comparison of the case study in Unipetrol Services s.r.o. and the key factors of the first part, which is resulting in a deduction and generalization of best practices for implementation and management of electronic purchasing systems. The main benefit and also the outcome of this work is an extension of the reference model MBI, based on a facts and practical experience in procurement area.
B2B trade specifics in terms of Czech Republic

This thesis is dedicated to the problematic of B2B trade in terms of Czech Republic. The main goal is to define the structure of B2B trade, its analysis and comparison of the development in Czech Republic and in the rest of the world. Single chapters of the thesis enable to analyze the topic and reach the goals set in this thesis. The first chapter introduces the historical development of ICT, information and communication systems and the implementation of them in commerce. The current chapter will also get us familiar with the basic terminology and principles of B2B. The second chapter contains the description of B2B marketplaces as the main tool of B2B commerce. Special attention is dedicated to the principles of functioning, types and models of B2B marketplaces. Important part of this chapter makes the analysis of the barriers to the development of B2B markets and to entry of new companies to B2B commerce. The last chapter with tell us about the characteristics of Czech B2B environment, its development, obstacles to the development and legislation. The same chapter will provide us with the information about the most known Czech B2B portals and will give their analysis. This chapter also contains the description of local and European B2B development programs, which support B2B commerce and competitiveness in this field. In the conclusion we will evaluate the results and will provide the final characteristics of the topic. This thesis provides us with the detailed analysis of B2B market in general and in terms of Czech Republic together with development trends and obstacles to further development.
Current Trends in Consumer Behavior

This thesis deals with three selected current trends related to consumer behavior -- onslaught of retro products and retro marketing generally, changes in behavior related to electronic marketplace, and stricter demands for flawlessly designed products and services. Each trend is described and attention is given to driving forces of these trends, the ways they can affect consumers' lives and how they can be observed. The knowledge of the trends is then applied to determine how different groups of Czech consumers can be affected by those trends, thus giving businesses hints on how to incorporate the trends in the approach to their customers and monetize on them.
The introduction of innovative solution to electronic procurement in the Czech Republic

The document deals with the topic of electronic procurement with emphasis on process of its electronization using electronic tool Softender. The text is divided in two main parts -- First, theoretical part focuses on Public Produce Act analysis in relation to its forthcoming amendment. The practical part aims at functional description of electronic tool Softender. Inovations of such software solution and usage models are also discussed such as the marketing plan for the tool.

For analyzing the status of the use of electronic marketplaces and online polling was done with the actual marketplace and society, which is a member of the marketplace. Proposal that trade through the market is prepared for a particular company, which previously traded through the marketplace.
