This graduation thesis is focused on the issues of cooperation between teachers at the elementary school. The theoretical part is occupied with concept attributes of school like teaching organization and also is dedicated to factors which noticeably influence the cooperation of teachers in the school. The empirical part has character of more case studies which discuss the strong and weak parts of the cooperation between teachers which were researched at four elementary schools.
Proposal of Changes for Human Resource Management in a Company

Bachelor’s thesis deals with personal management issues in specific company. The main goal of this thesis is to propose a helpful change in the most critical area of the personal management in company TEMO – TELEKOMUNIKACE, a.s. Thesis is divided into three parts. Theoretical part processes theoretical starting points, defines basic terms and characterizes each part of the current concept of human resource management based on professional literature. The analytical part is focused on introducing the company and describes the specific situation in the company. Based on analysis of information resources from company’s official websites, observations, analysis of statistical data, interviews with managers, SWOT analysis and the results of a questionnaire survey the current situation of the company has been evaluated and in the proposal part of the thesis the measures for improvement have been submitted.
Czech-german cultural differences in german company from the point of view czech and german workers.

The work deals with the contrasting the Czech-German cultural standards, both generally and specifically in the German travel agency Wolff Ost. Reisen, which has one of the branches in the Czech Republic. The study describes and characterizes the different cultural dimensions and standards, including theoreticians, who deals with the various dimensions. Part of the work is devoted to characterize the specific Czech-German cultural dimensions and standards, from the Czech and also from the German point of view. The outcome of this work is a survey, which was conducted by the company in Germany and a branch in Prague. The work also includes research methodology and characteristics of the enterprise. A separate chapter is devoted to evaluation of the survey.

The aim of diploma thesis is to develop a business plan for starting a new business entity focused on providing fast food in the center of Chotěboř. The first part focuses on theory of founding a enterprise on Czech territory and description of the parts of the business plan. The second part focuses on the application of the business plan into practice and on analyse of its feasibility.

The aim of this thesis is to analyze the satisfation of employees in the company ACTIVE 24 and to propose measure leading to removal of deficiencis. The introduction describes the issues and the aim of this thesis. Based on a theoretical basis which appears in the fisrt part the hypothesis are set, the research metodology is decribed and the tools for data collection are specified. Research is implemented through questionnaire surfy. It focuses on the nature of work, compensation and the employee benefits, training, personal development, work environment, relationships with colleagues and superiors. The practical part contains the results of research and verification of hypotheses. Based on identified deficiencies the measures for improvement are set.

Based on a theoretical basis which appears in the first part and after becoming familiar with the company the hypothesis are set, the research metodology is described and the tools for data collection are specified. Research is implemented through questionnaire survey, observation and informal interviews. It focuses on the content and nature of work, its organization, compensation and employee benefits, training, personal development, career growth, work environment, relationships with colleagues, superiors and the perception of the company. The practical part contains the results of research and verification of hypotheses. Based on identified deficiencies the measures for improvement are set.

This bachelor thesis, titled social mobility in the village deals with the problems of social mobility and its relationships to democracy. In this thesis, there are described basic terms and theories of social stratification, which is closely related to social mobility, the important part of social stratification. There is described and in the practice aplicated research of social mobility in the small village. For the research, there was used survey and on the base of this survey was compiled approximate model of stratification in this village.

The usage of organic food at the kindergartens (České Budějovice)

This thesis deals with research in the use possibilities of organic food in kindergartens in the town of České Budějovice on two levels (management and parents).It was found out that some of the kindergartens are using organic food. The biggest barrier to the using of organic food in kindergartens is their price. Most parents are satisfied with the quality of food in their kindergartens. Furthermore it could be said, that the parents know organic food but it can?t be confirmed the hypothesis that says parents would welcome the use of organic food in kindergarten?s canteens. The results indicate that not all the parents are able to accept the minimum of price increase in meal at the kindergartens. In the end there are recommended some local organic food which could be appropriate for using in the kindergartens in the town of České Budějovice.
