Children relax and calm down, as well as become more aware of themselves, their bodies and the world around them. Bachelor thesis is composed of two parts, theoretical and practical. Theoretical part deals with basic concepts such as social services, social work, social worker and quality of social services. The next chapter is focused on user satisfaction. Conclusion of the theoretical part is devoted to the Petrklíč Center for Social Services, in which research was carried out. Practical part evaluates the results of the research, whose main objective was to evaluate the satisfaction of the users or their legal representatives with the offer and quality of the Petrklíč Center for Social Services. This section looks at what services are being offered and what services users use. It also focuses on the overall evaluation of the offer and quality of the Petrklíč Center for Social Services. A qualitative research technique was used to achieve the objectives. The semi-structured interview method was used to collect the data. The communication partners were eight and their responses were processed by the open coding technique. The results are presented in tables and graphs. The results of the research have shown that the users of the Petrklíč Social Services Center do not have an awareness of what services they offer, so some of them were unable to indicate what services they would like to use again. The results also indicate that the institution offers a service that it is unable to provide and some users and their legal representatives miss this . Other services that users would like to welcome to the Petrklíč Center for Social Services were also named. Therefore, it is not possible to say that the users or their legal representatives are fully satisfied with the offered services Petrklíč. However, they are satisfied with the quality of the services provided. At the conclusion of this thesis, it is also stated how this work could be helpful for the Petrklíč Center for Social Services.
