[cze][eng] Tématem bakalářské práce je zjištění spokojenosti uživatelů s poskytovanými službami v Centru sociálních služeb Petrklíč.Bakalářská práce je složena ze dvou částí,a to teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část se zabývá základními pojmy, jako jsou sociální služby, sociální práce, sociální pracovník a kvalita v sociálních službách. Další kapitola se zabývá spokojenosti uživatelů. Závěr teoretické části se věnuje Centru sociálních služeb Petrklíč, ve kterém byl proveden výzkum. V praktické části jsou vyhodnoceny výsledky výzkumu, jehož hlavním cílem bylo zhodnotit spokojenost uživatelů, popřípadě jejich zákonných zástupců, s nabídkou a kvalitou služeb Centra sociálních služeb Petrklíč. V oblasti výzkumu jsou stanoveny tři výzkumné otázky. V této části je zjišťováno, jaké služby jsou nabízeny a jaké služby uživatelé využívají. Dále se zaměřuje na celkové hodnocení nabídky a kvality služeb Centra sociálních služeb Petrklíč. K dosažení cílů byla využita technika kvalitativního výzkumu. Ke sběru dat byla použita metoda polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Komunikačních partnerů bylo celkem osm a jejich odpovědi jsou zpracovány technikou otevřeného kódování. Výsledky jsou zaznamenány do tabulek a grafu. Výsledky výzkumu ukázaly skutečnost, že uživatelé Centra sociálních služeb Petrklíč nemají povědomí o tom, jaké služby nabízí, a tak někteří z nich nebyli schopni uvést, jaké služby by rádi nově začali využívat. Z výsledků dále vyplývá, že zařízení nabízí službu, kterou není schopno poskytnout a některým uživatelům a zákonným zástupcům tedy v zařízení chybí. Dále byly jmenovány i další služby, které by uživatelé v Centru sociálních služeb Petrklíč rádi uvítali. Není tedy možné říci, že jsou uživatelé či jejich zákonní zástupci s nabídkou poskytovaných služeb Petrklíč zcela spokojeni. S kvalitou poskytovaných služeb však jsou spokojeni. V závěru této práce je také uvedeno, jak by tato práce mohla pomoci Centru sociálních služeb Petrklíč. The topic of this bachelor thesis is to find out the satisfaction of the users with the services provided at the Petrklíč Center for Social Services. Bachelor thesis is composed of two parts, theoretical and practical. Theoretical part deals with basic concepts such as social services, social work, social worker and quality of social services. The next chapter is focused on user satisfaction. Conclusion of the theoretical part is devoted to the Petrklíč Center for Social Services, in which research was carried out. Practical part evaluates the results of the research, whose main objective was to evaluate the satisfaction of the users or their legal representatives with the offer and quality of the Petrklíč Center for Social Services. This section looks at what services are being offered and what services users use. It also focuses on the overall evaluation of the offer and quality of the Petrklíč Center for Social Services. A qualitative research technique was used to achieve the objectives. The semi-structured interview method was used to collect the data. The communication partners were eight and their responses were processed by the open coding technique. The results are presented in tables and graphs. The results of the research have shown that the users of the Petrklíč Social Services Center do not have an awareness of what services they offer, so some of them were unable to indicate what services they would like to use again. The results also indicate that the institution offers a service that it is unable to provide and some users and their legal representatives miss this . Other services that users would like to welcome to the Petrklíč Center for Social Services were also named. Therefore, it is not possible to say that the users or their legal representatives are fully satisfied with the offered services Petrklíč. However, they are satisfied with the quality of the services provided. At the conclusion of this thesis, it is also stated how this work could be helpful for the Petrklíč Center for Social Services.
