Evaluation of industrial heritage

The main subject is evaluation of effective use in terms of care (not only within protection of monuments) in order to save and protect industrial heritage. Pointing out on critical issues connected with the end of production of traditional branches which played the key role in historical development of our cities. Nowadays abandoned buildings and sites are represented by memory of the place or its prosperity. New owners often don't share the positive approach to the industrial heritage, developers are seeking new sites, cities and inhabitants have developed new needs through the time. The work will demonstrate examples within European context and will make recommendations in monitoring and classification of industrial heritage to prevent undo able losses.
Applying particular criteria for measuring effectiveness of pedagogical process - comparing elementary and secondary school in Pardubice region

Focusing on school effectiveness as one part of the pedagogical evaluation, we get to the pedagogical process. The quality of the pedagogical process makes the base for the effective functioning of the school. Therefore the evaluation of the pedagogical process has to be the essential part of the school evaluation. The aim of this bachelor paper is to find out whether the managements of primary and secondary schools in Pardubice Region use the same criteria of evaluation in different areas of the pedagogical process and to make comparison of the primary and secondary schools. The method of inquiry is used to fulfil this aim. The first part of the paper is focused on the theory of the evaluation of the pedagogical process. The second part is practical and deals with the above-mentioned comparison. The conclusion of the paper assesses the inquiry results.
Evaluation and self-evaluation of educators at a specific primary school

This bachelor thesis deals with a detailed examination of the evaluation and self-evaluation of pedagogical workers at the primary school level. The theoretical part describes the aims and importance of evaluation and self-evaluation of pedagogical staff, basic methods, forms and criteria of evaluation and self-evaluation at school. It refers to the classification of evaluation methods. It describes basic and accompanying methods, which include: motivation-evaluation interview, MBO method, 360ř feedback, rating scale, free description, checklist or observations. The empirical part describes the objectives of the research. It specifies research questions, methods of data acquisition and processing, etc. The empirical part is conceived as a case study whose aim is to describe the methods, forms and criteria of evaluation and self- evaluation of pedagogical workers at specific school in Liberec, the Czech Republic. The research is based on interviews with the headmaster of the school, questionnaires for all teachers and also interviews with selected teachers of the school. The results of the research indicate that the preferred methods are observation and evaluation interviews at the school. Preparing and implementation of the evaluation system of employees in an enterprise

The thesis ,,Preparing and implementation of the evaluation system of employees in an enterprise" follows the question of evaluation of the employees in a specific enterprise -- HC electronics, s.r.o. The aim is to design a more effective evaluation system at the positions of production workers in the company and to define particular steps leading to a successful implementation of the system into practice of the enterprise. The first part of this thesis is focused on theoretical presentation based on scholar literature. The goal of the practical part is to create an outline of the evaluation system of production workers. This outline reflects the requirements of the personnel Department and the results of a satisfaction survey and investigation of the motivation structure of workers. At the end of the thesis there are shown the steps of the implementation of the evaluation system into practice of the enterprise.
