They can be often obtained in supermarkets and petrol stations. Objectives: The main goal of this research was to analyse the real situation in the stores selling SMP, according to good practise and the provision of consultancy during the selling of SMP by staff in Hradec Králové and its near surrounding. The purpose was extended to finding the availability and selling of SMP in Czech Republic. Methods: The practical part consisted of two phases. In the first phase, two anonymous visits were done. The first visit went on without asking staff. During the second visit the staff was asked for advice. The second phase consisted of an online questionnaire about demand, availability and saleability of SMP. In total, 2632 retailers were asked about took part in it. Results: In the most cases from 28 ones (89 %) SMP were stored free in selling area, in 3 stores (11%) VLP were in a locked cabinet. All stores had...

The aim of the thesis is to present the roles of the pedagogical consultant at primary school and high school. The theoretical part is focused on term the educational consultant (regarding legislation, requirements for education). The thesis is occupied with history of educational consultancy, the content of the work of educational consultant, the cooperation with pedagogical and psychological counseling. The practical part is implemented by the qualitative research.The research consists of the dialogues with educational consultants from primary school and secondary school. It studies their job duties,the content of their job, the most common topics and educational difficulties and their solving.

This diploma thesis deals with the subject of external human resource consultancy. It introduces the comprehensive view on consultancy process and describes in detail the range of human resources agendas associated with consultancy. The entire document links theoretical findings with business practice and demonstrates how the external consultancy can be applied in organizations. It reflects common problems in companies with emphasis on extended description of human resource outsourcing. Empirical part of the thesis looks into on-line offers of consultancy services in human resource management. This topic is subject of qualitative survey aimed at describing contemporary human resources consultancy market in Czech Republic. Survey findings present structure of consultancy services. 1 Abstract The purpose of this thesis is to analyse a situation in the field of Interim Management in the Czech Republic and to compare and contrast this with the Global Market. Interim Management is a temporary provision of management skills. The project involves comparing foreign literature and studies about interim management to the experience of the people working in the field of Interim Management in the Czech Republic. This thesis describes the moment, when Interim Management was recognised as a useful addition to the human resources in companies. It also provides information about the benefits, interim management can offer. The project involves analysis of a Czech law regarding to the Interim Management topic. This thesis also describes the conditions required to make a good interim manager. This will allow a better orientation within the Czech Interim Management situation and may direct future research on Interim Management in the Czech Republic.
