The main objective of this thesis Business plan - biofuel production is to create a business plan to establish a company to produce wood pellets close to Čáslav and testing the viability of this business plan. The theoretical part focuses on the specifies of small and medium enterprises and the principles of processing a business plan. At the end of the theoretical part are described the methods for assessing project success. In the practical part is already prepared a business plan itself, with all the essentials that business plan should include.

This thesis focuses on the competition analysis of Zeelandia on the Czech market. In the literature review are indicated problems related to situational analysis, competition, competition analysis, SWOT analysis, SW analysis and Porter's five forces model. The practical part is composed of a list of competitors, compare financial indicators, determination of market shares, SW analysis with valuation, identification of key strengths and weaknesses and the subsequent overall evaluation.
System of management and competitiveness of retailer

This thesis, topically based in the system of management and competitiveness of retailer, is focusing on the management, the satisfaction of customers, the relationships with suppliers and clients and the analysis of competitors of the company Jana Vohryzková, which is using the business name: Vítěz, prodejna sportovních pohárů a trofejí. First part is dealing with theoretical basis which are necessary to compile the analysis of competition. Second part is divided into four chapters: Characteristics of retail, Analysis of relationships with suppliers and clients, System of customer service, customer satisfaction and Analysis of competition. Characteristics of retail focuses on the company development, process layout of sales unit, equipment of sales unit, range of goods and goods retailing. Company's main interest lies in both classical and Internet sale. Incomes from e commerce forms 58% of total incomes, incomes from store are remaining 42%. Therefore the analysis of competition includes two parts ? the analysis of competition of store and the analysis of competition of online store. Questionnaires regarding the customer satisfaction with both conventional store and Internet store are included. Customers were filling these in over a period of six months. 47 out of total 62 customers agreed to provide the information; consequently, 75.81% of customers participated in the poll. In 58 cases out of 76 the questionnaires were filled in along with their Internet order, which means that 76.32% of customers ordering in the Internet store answered the poll. Goal of this Masters' thesis is to suggest plans for sustaining and increasing the company's share of the market and to improve the satisfaction of customers in both conventional and Internet store.
Analysis of External Enviroment of Chosen Company

The aim of this diploma thesis is to elaborate an analysis of the external environment of a chosen company on bases of a special literature, own pieces of knowledge and gained information about the market. I have reached the results by the help of the Step analysis, the Porter{\crq}s model, the Competition analysis and the SWOT analysis. By the help of the Step analysis I tried to define factors that could influence the company even though they are outside the enterprise. On bases of the Porter{\crq}s model I have analyzed five competitive forces that influence our company namely new competitors, suppliers, customers, substitutes and a competition ring. By the help of the Competition analysis I have reviewed which companies concerned with the metal production and locksmithery are direct competitors of the company. Through the SWOT analysis method I tried to define inner strong and weak points and external opportunities and jeopardy. I have found convenient factors afterwards I have determined their importance by the help of the method of the Geminate comparison. In conclusion I have evaluated data. On their bases I have drawn up recommendations for the future development and I have suggested convenient strategies. Those strategies were strategy of the Market Development, Market Penetration, Concentric Diversification and strategy of Creation of the competitive advantage.

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to find out if there is enough space for the new emergent company in Brandýs nad Labem-Stará Boleslav. The new company wants to act in the field of regeneration, nutrition and sports training. Another aim is to identify behavior of consumers in the market, their wishes and needs. For these purposes the thesis contains the competition analysis and the questionnaire investigation of consumers in the concrete market. The next objective is to determine marketing objects of the company and to suggest the marketing strategy, which is based on the marketing mix. This practical part is completed by theoretical part. The theoretical part is focused on marketing conceptions, the planning stage of the marketing strategy, marketing decisions in retail trade, purchase behavior of consumers and the marketing research.
Analysis of customer behaviour in spa resort

The diploma paper is in early part mainly focus on marketing, marketing research and possibility of marketing development in the field. During theoretical part thesis is working with specific problems of marketing in spa and hotel industry. Following chapter is talking mainly about charakteristic of specific spa hotel, its desciption, effects of environment, marketing strategy and competition analysis. Point of primary resaearch is analysis of customer satisfaciton survey during years 2008-2009 and comparing results with data form survey in 2004-2007. Base of this research, the last part of paper is suggesting several solutions in order to increase of parity of the spa hotel in upcomming years.

Whole work flow will be listed and appropriate conclusions will be deduced. The aim of this work is an effort to achieve more traffic to web sites and get better position in search engines. The bachelor thesis will include a rival website profiling.

Thesis deals with the valuation of a trademark as an intangible property of a firm. In the theoretical part is a treatise on the difference between brand and trademark. There is also explained the importance of brand essence and brand building. It also described the area, benefiting from brand valuation. The selected company is subjected to several analysis and the value of its brand is recognized by the method license analogy.
