This bachelor´s thesis deals with evaluating the effectiveness of marketing instruments of the company LIKO-S, a. s. for introduction new product to the Czech Republic. At the same time the thesis is dealing with suggestion of marketing strategy for further distribution of Smartisol®, especially for distribution to Austria.

This diploma thesis deals with the marketing communication of the company Kostka-kolobka s.r.o. In the theoretical part are characterised important concepts related to marketing and marketing communication. The second part is focused on the introduction of the company and the description its current situation using marketing analyzes and questionnaire survey. The findings are summarized in the SWOT analysis. Based on the results from the analytical section, in the third part of the thesis are presented the suggestions to improve marketing communication.

First part contains theoretical interpretation of marketing in general and important marketing definition. Second part of this thesis presents basics information about family pension Chateau mill and analyses current marketing situation. SWOT and SLEPT analysis had been used to analyze the current stage of pension. The last part of bachelor thesis gives a proposal for improving the efficiency of marketing strategy and increasing attendance.
Proposal of Communication Mix in the Company

This thesis deals with the creation of communication mix. In the first part is defined theory about processed topic, which follows characteristic of a company for which the marketing plan is prepared. Afterward the thesis focuses on an analysis of the company which consists of the analysis of external and internal environment. External analysis is defined by situational analysis PEST and Porter’s five forces model. Internal analysis is processed by McKinsey „7-S“ and marketing mix. The result of these analyses is SWOT analyses, which defines strenghts and weaknesses of the company and opportunities and threats arising from the environment. Based on SWOT analysis are afterward evolved proposals to improve the communication mix.

Communication mix of company is combination of unconventional, tradition and fill out the hole in the market.
