User Interface for Web-Based Games

This thesis describes challenges in designing, developing and testing web user interfaces. It discusses human-computer interaction, communication channels and user interface analogy to the real world. User interfaces can be designed     to be optimal for a specific action or to suite the user. A design of interfaces focused on users utilize methods, such as gamification and improving user experience, which can improve interface usability. User interface development is demonstrated on     web page development. Further, the thesis describes 3 web user interface testing methods. The methods are demonstrated by designing, developing, and testing user interface of a web strategy game.
Internal communication in an organization active in the field of culture

Bachelor thesis aims to describe the internal communication in particular interest group, which operates in the field of culture, and create an analysis of the effectiveness of communication channels that are used in the group. The thesis first describes internal communication in group in general. Then looks at the situation in a particular amateur theater group "S bojkou v zádech, o.s.". The main part deals with the observation of selected communication situations that arose during the preparation of the latest play, and analysis of available documents. In conclusion, it evaluates the phenomena studied.
Media and its effect on the learning process in a web application

The thesis concentrates on the utilization of multimedia in the learning process. For this purpose, information about memory function, media, multimedia transmission and perception and the interaction and gamification theories are synthesised. In the practical part of the thesis, a pair of educational web applications will be analysed, based on the comparison with the common quality of internet courses and specified criteria. Four main areas of interest are established for this assessment, based on the study of cognitive processes, pedagogics, communication theory and the principles of gamification. The aim of this thesis is to provide recommendations for an ongoing development of an eLearning project.
The Communication of Corporate Values in the Algotech Company

The thesis focuses on corporate values and their communication to employees in the Algotech company. The theoretical part of my thesis deals with the communication process and internal communication. Furthermore, the corporate values and its importance to the organizational culture are characterized there. In the practical part, the analyses of internal communication channels and of corporate values in the Algotech company are carried out. On the basis of the analyses, a way of communicating corporate values in the Algotech company effectively is proposed.
Marketing Strategy of a Small Company

The thesis is focused on developing a common communication strategy of Mortimer English Club Praha 4, a branch of a franchise language school that provides English courses for children and adults. The thesis consists of two parts, a theoretical one and a practical one. The theoretical part deals with the process of developing the company's strategy that would lead to the fulfillment of business objectives using information acquired with situational analysis. The second part applies the steps of this procedure to the subject of research. The outcome of the thesis is a recommendation on what target group the language school should focus, together with a list of communication channels with which it can reach it.
Analysis of the processes and tools of campaign responses evaluation

This thesis is specialised to analyse clients responds from banking industry to mar-keting campaigns. For purpose of such study are from the view of the information systems essential Customer Relationship Management systems, CRM systems, their operational part, with which are working all the employees and also analytical part, which serve for agregation a usage information of the operational part for desicion making. For the sake of correct understanding of the business logic of these systems is thesis concerning also area of direct marketing, which is object of CRM marketing campaigns. From theoretical point of view is suitable in the name of marketing campaigns evaluation work with Customer Intelligence and its selected topics. As a case study has been used real situation of the bank existing on the czech ban-king market, which is in current time working of implementation of a new CRM system Siebel. Situation in the bank and also on the project has dynamical charakter. Target of the thesis is to find out and provide the way how CRM system supports scoring of campaign succes, which is important for decision making about products offered to clients and about choice of appropriate communication. There are also mentioned other options of develop-ment these analytical tools.

This Master's Thesis is about internal communication in a bank institution. The internal communication is viewed from both theoretical and practical point of view. Its goal is to identify the informational flows and operation of internal communication in a bank institution based on observation, analysis of internal documents and surveys, and to find out if the processes work effectively and suggest potential remedies. The Master Thesis is about the purpose, goals, principles of effective internal communication and applicable communication channels. The conclusion of this thesis is statement that the internal communication in the chosen institution is on a very high level and well-coordinated. The institution uses all available communication channels for its internal communication. The thesis also includes specific suggestions for even more effective internal communication especially in the terms of effective use of the communication channels and communication of the company's strategy and goals.

The bachelor thesis focuses on the evaluation of the marketing mix of the civic association Cyklo Klub Kučera Znojmo, which provides services for its members, companies and authorities. The thesis is divided into two basic parts. The first part refers about marketing and marketing mix in a theoretical way, the second part describes the Cyklo Klub Kučera Znojmo itself together with its commercial and non-profit activities. The thesis focuses mainly on the marketing communication and communication channels. The current marketing activities of the Cyklo Klub Kučera Znojmo are evaluated in the end of the thesis together with possible improvements for the marketing communication.

Further different communication tools are analysed, advantages and disadvantages described. A functional loyalty programme for fashion chain is created at the end of the thesis. Suitable communication tools are carefully chosen and the estimated costs are calculated.

Goal of this document is to compile the basic theory of communication processes (exchange of information) of the company from the specific branch of the market. Make an analysis of these processes in real companies in order to make more suitable theory for evaluation characteristics of communication and vicariously informatics in the branch. Within the analysis, next goal is to point out the possibilities of information and communication technology support for the processes and find out the way how to implement them into company workflow. The problem analyzed in this document is, how to practise internal and external exchange of information to reach the planned business goal in branch effectively. This document describes the situation in gastronomy. System basics of the companies from this branch depend very much on the communication. Quality of information exchange including the level of informatics support affects their status on the market, which is equal to the fruitfulness.
