Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá firemními hodnotami a jejich komunikací směrem k zaměstnancům ve společnosti Algotech. V teoretické části je vymezen pojem komunikačního procesu a interní komunikace a jsou zde charakterizovány hodnoty společnosti jako součást firemní kultury a jejich význam. Praktická část se zabývá analýzou kanálů interní komunikace ve společnosti Algotech a analýzou hodnot ve společnosti. Na základě těchto analýz je navržen vhodný způsob komunikace hodnot ve společnosti Algotech. The thesis focuses on corporate values and their communication to employees in the Algotech company. The theoretical part of my thesis deals with the communication process and internal communication. Furthermore, the corporate values and its importance to the organizational culture are characterized there. In the practical part, the analyses of internal communication channels and of corporate values in the Algotech company are carried out. On the basis of the analyses, a way of communicating corporate values in the Algotech company effectively is proposed.
