In the northern part of the shape of the street on the south out into space three konzolovitými materials, which creates the impression of three separate blocks of the parterre.
Proposal of Company Marketing Communication

This bachelor thesis deals with the design of marketing communication of AL-OK Ltd and primarily focuses on business to comsumer (B2C) market. Treatment of this matter was founded on requirements formulated by the managing director. First part of my thesis is focused on theoretical basis of B2C marketing and defines basic concepts. The second part includes an analysis of existing marketing communication and activities of the above mentioned company and analysis of company’s environment. The last part deals with the design of a specific marketing communication proposal based on the analysis of their separate parts and aims to improve the presence of this company in its field.
Price map of a commercial lease in Olomouc.

The aim of my thesis is to create a price map of non-residential spaces of the county town of Olomouc. Before creating the price maps, an analysis of unit prices of office and commercial spaces will be carried out using a comparative method. To-rent offers advertised by real estate servers will be used as input data. Basing on the map of to-rent offers, Olomouc town will then be divided into several zones defined by beforehand set criteria. Afterwards, these zones will be processed into analytical files, and then a test to identify outliers will be run. Then unit prices of non-residential spaces per each of concerned locations will be defined on the basis of the output data. And finally, the prices will be graphically processed into a price map of Olomouc.
Persuation of commercial articles in lifestyle magazines ELLE and Instyle

This bachelor thesis is focused on language of persuasive elements in advertising texts In two Czech lifestyle magazines - Elle and InStyle. The thesis focuses on the psychology of advertising, the media and the language that advertisement uses to address and persuade readers. Lifestyle magazines have a specific way and language of communication. Subject will be texts labeled as "promotion". The range of sample will be 6 issues of the Elle magazine and 2 issues of the Instyle magazine. The first chapter is dedicated to the theory of media, mass media and their influence on society. The second chapter is dedicated to lifestyle magazines and their history. In the third chapter the author deals with the theory of persuasion and language. And the fourth will focus on advertising and its ability to influence opinions and attitudes. The second part of the bachelor thesis describes the method of content analysis and description of the monitored data set. The thesis analysis individual advertising messages and examines the linguistic persuasive elements contained in them. At the end, the author will try to show what elements of persuasion appear most frequently in the advertising texts, what products they focus on and whether the texts and their language corresponds to the specialized literature about the...
Public television in Europe and its involvment in sports

Title: Public television in Europe and their involvement in sports Objectives: The main object of this bachelor thesis is to make a draft of new services and ideas for an improvement of ČT Sport channel. This draft will be based on ascertained data, elaborated analysis and comparison of how public television across Europe work. Methods: In the bachelor thesis were used qualitative methods to gather needed data. First was used structured questionaire for communication with chosen employes from foreign public TV. Also were used structured and unstructured interviews with employes from Czech TV, specifically ČT Sport. The last method used was the analysis of secondary data. Results: The results prove high effectivness and usage of all resources available for ČT Sport, that is able to produce high quality content with just a fraction of the budget. The fraction is presented as an amount of resources in comparison with other foreign public TV. Also were compared chosen public TV across Europe, and were indentified high quality services that they provide. Income Structure of Professional Football Clubs in Czech Republic and Europe

Tittle: Income structure of Proffesional Football Clubs in Czech Republic and Europe. Objectives: The aim of this work is to create summary of financial sources for selected football clubs operating in the highest European competition including Czech Republic. Another objective is to compare different types of income and refer the main differences and distinctions. Methods: In our thesis we used a method of analysis and a method of comparison. Method of analysis we applied in analysis of each clubs, comparison in part of compare all clubs or individual incomes each other. For description each clubs was necessary to find and analysis many professional articles, annual reports and league reports which are relevant. Results: Incomes of all football clubs are growing every year. Each club is characterized with certain differences in structures of incomes, but the most differs the Czech representative. For Sparta are the most important money from commercial activities, which achieves high values also in Juventus, Borussia Dortmund and Barcelona, Arsenal London receives on the contrary the biggest sum from broadcasting. The business of Private commercial galleries in Prague

This bachelor thesis describes business of private commercial galleries of contemporary art in Prague. It describes how they work their work, goals, founders and other activities. Private commercial galleries started to emerge in 1989, after the Velvet revolution, when the Czech art market went through restructuring. For the purpose of this thesis I decided to choose two galleries whose owners I interviewed. I choose well established and successful galleries on both Czech and international art market. The first one was one of first private commercial galleries in the Czech Republic, the second one has been established 10 years after.

The role of the Third parties in International Commercial Arbitration This thesis precisely define the concept of third parties in the field of International Commercial Arbitration as well as the definition of the term itself. According to the author of this thesis, third parties are the key for the process of transformation of the contractual approach in an International Commercial Arbitration in the reaction on the economic reality. This work is based on analyses of laws, comments, literature, academic articles, arbitration awards and case law. This text was created using experiences from an international commerce and transforms actual theoretical contractual approach of the International Commercial Arbitration. Contribution of this thesis lies in completion of knowledges from decision making process and creation of a brand new theoretical concept of International Commercial Arbitration and capture the shift in view of consent to arbitrate. This theory further reflects actual state of the decision making process and the needs of an International Commerce. Using this approach entitles author's theory for the practical use as a model for decision making process of arbitrators and for judges of national courts with regard to recognition and enforcement of the arbitral awards.
