In the practical part I deal with the preparation and implementation of a summer camp with emphasis on group dynamics. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to observe and describe the progress of relationships within the members of SDS during the summer camp. Group dynamics will be described with the consideration of newcomers and their inclusion into the existing group. Based on interviews and observations, it is concluded that the choice of activities contributed to the development of group's relationships.
