Business Plan for the Expansion of Travel Agency

This bachelor thesis deals with business issues in the field of tourism. It focuses on the analysis of an existing business entity, namely travel agency Bolsa travel. Analyzes of the company´s internal and business environment, as well as important financial analyzes are developed to espand the working business. Based on the selected analyze and their results and extension of the business activities is proposed.

The master´s thesis deals with the marketing strategy proposal of travel agency SunTA. The theoretical part of the thesis provides an overview of the current concept of corporate strategic management, strategic marketing management, marketing strategy and service quality. The analytical part of the thesis focuses on performing the marketing situation analysis of SunTA and the questionnaire survey to evaluate its service quality. The proposal part of the thesis includes the marketing strategy proposal based on the results of the marketing situation analysis and the evaluation of service quality.

Bachelor thesis analyzes the marketing mix of travel agency INVIA.CZ. Based on the analysis I propose such changes in the marketing mix, that will help the company to attract new customers and retain existing ones. Proposals help primarily the company to improve its reputation and image of respectable and first-rate travel agency.

The bachelor thesis follows up business of tour operators and travel agencies. It deals with legal as well as ethical viewpoint related to business of tourism. The theoretical part focus on importance of tourism, the characteristic activities of entrepreneurs in this area, as well on the rights and commitments of them or their customers, which are given by contemporary law. The attention is also paid to consumer protection and resolution of complaints. In the practical part the the-sis is concerned with opinions of customers concerning their rights and protection. In conclusion some recommendations will be proposed both tour operators, travel agencies and their customers.

Business Conditions and Risks in Some Services for Tourism

Theme of present bachelor thesis are intermediary services of tourism. Tourism is significant economic factor and currently a dynamically developing industry. Among others positive effects of tourism is business development. Bachelor thesis focuses on conditions and risk of doing business in services of tour operators and travel agencies. The main aim of this work is assesment of the situation from the perspective of selected travel agency. Part of this work are analyzes evaluating macro environment, external and internal environment of the organization. The analyzes are based on secondary sources, which are mainly publicly available data of Eurostat and the Czech Statistical Office. Another source of information are primary data from questionnaire survey and controlled interview with the owner of the agency. On the basis of made analyzes are appreciated opportunities, conditions and risks of doing business in this sector. Thanks to research it is possible evaluate current situation of the company and propose measures that would lead to improvement.

Kasárník, T. Consumer behaviour during purchase of foreign holiday through travel agency. Brno: Mendel University, 2017. Goal of this bachelor thesis is to find out, how consumer at the age of 18 till 65 act during purchase of foreign holiday through travel agency, which factors influence him and which preferences he has. First part of this bachelor thesis is general knowledge of existing literature dealing with this topic. In practical part was accomplished analysis of secondary data, which was acquired from two greatest travel agencies in Czech Republic and primary data, which was acquired by questionnaire survey (311 respondents). After the primary and secondary data were processed, many discoveries were detected. It was found how trends during the purchase of foreign summer holiday are changing, how consumer acts during purchase of foreign holiday through travel agency in diffedent age brackets, preferences of consumer during purchase of summer foreign holiday, factors which influence consumer during purchase decision making and on the basis of these discoveries were suggested suitable recommendation to travel agency Zájezdy.cz
