Cílem práce je na základě analýzy zjistit, jaký dopad měla pandemie COVID-19 na odvětví cestovních kanceláří a agentur se zaměřením na český trh. Dalším cílem je formulovat strategie pro cestovní kanceláře a agentury, které byly pandemií ovlivněny. The aim of the work is to determine the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the travel agency industry with a focus on the Czech market based on the performed analysis. Another goal is to formulate strategies for travel agencies affected by the pandemic.
