Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou marketingového mixu cestovní agentury INVIA.CZ. Na základě analýzy navrhuji takové změny v marketingovém mixu, které pomohou společnosti získat nové zákazníky a udržet stávající. Návrhy však hlavně pomohou společnosti vylepšit její dobré jméno a image seriózní a kvalitní cestovní agentury. Bachelor thesis analyzes the marketing mix of travel agency INVIA.CZ. Based on the analysis I propose such changes in the marketing mix, that will help the company to attract new customers and retain existing ones. Proposals help primarily the company to improve its reputation and image of respectable and first-rate travel agency.
