Financing of Public Building Order from the Aspect of Supplier

Financing of construction contracts is one of the most important phases, where aim of every construction company, is to achieve the highest profit, thus ensuring the business. To the financing of construction contracts are used the own and mostly foreign sources. The procurement is linked with using subsidies from the European Union. In the theoretical part of this thesis there are described the basic concepts relating to public contracts pursuant to Act No. 137/2006 Sb. and financing, both in terms of suppliers and contracting authorities and the actual course of implementation. The practical part deals with the financing of specific public construction contract.
Process of Recruitment and its Relation to the Perception of the Organization by Graduate Candidates

The diploma thesis deals with recruitment process in organizations and its perception by graduate candidates. The aim of the diploma thesis is to identify factors in recruitment process that graduate candidates perceive as relevant for making judgments about the organization. Firstly, the thesis introduces a framework of knowledge in the area of recruitment process, its strategy and methods complemented by ethical standards and employer branding conception. Characteristics of the target group of candidates are also introduced with emphasis on Generation Y specification, as graduate candidates are part of this group. Significant part of the work is represented by current findings on the topic of candidates' perception of the recruitment process and factors that are positively or negatively influencing their perception of the organization. Empirical research with mixed research design is also a part of this thesis, and its aim is to investigate the recruitment process in relation to both candidates and HR professionals, to get a holistic view on the topic. The problem is approached from the perspective of academic field of Physical Education and Teaching for Kindergartens and it is analysed with view of sex and age of the candidates. The thesis also turns to the characteristics of individual swimming strokes and mistakes in swimming. Statistical analysis of 5 years of records of entrance examinations were used in preparation of this thesis. Primary Elections in USA in 2016

This bachelor thesis focuses on presidential primary election in USA in 2016. Aim of this thesis is to find out, how candidates of Democratic party and Republican party were doing in early primaries and analyze their progress. This thesis is dealing with history of nomination process and delegates election methods on party conventions, where a candidate for president is selected. Thesis also deals with comparison of candidates programs in individual parties. In last part candidate results of both parties in early primaries are evaluated. Furthermore, progress of primaries after Super Tuesday till 26th April is summarized.
Sources of recruitment of employees

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to compare the metods of the recruitment of employees in three types of companies: a huge company with more than 250 people, a small company with less than 49 people and recruitment agency and to recommend improvement. The thesis is divided into a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part has five chapters. It deals with the explanation of the terms from the branch of the recruitment of employees and clarifies which sources can be used. The practical part contains four chapters. It is based on a qualitative research of the interviews with employees who recruit new staffs. The situation is assessed according to these interviews and we offer how to use the sources and suggest optimal changes to make the recruitment process better.

The main aim of this thesis is to analyze the process of filling vacancies in the company Nestlé Czech, s.r.o., identify strengths and weaknesses of the methods applied, policies and procedures, or suggest a better solution. In the process of filling vacancies will be analyzed HR activities recruitment, selection, hiring and adaptation of employees. The thesis is divided into twelve chapters. Chapters 1-6 cover the theoretical background and the practical part of the chapter 7-12. Chapter 7 introduces the company Nestlé Czech, s.r.o., including its history, people and organizational structure of the HR department. Chapters 8-10 deal with the process of recruitment employees at Nestlé, their selection, hiring and subsequent adaptation. In the penultimate chapter, the whole process of filling vacancies in the company Nestlé is evaluated. The practical part also own research in the form of a questionnaire survey. The aim of the survey is to find out how employees perceive the company Nestlé level of the tender and adaptation. This issue is dedicated to chapter 12.
Political marketing in Democratic Party primary elections 2008

This work analyzes the use of political marketing of Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton in Democratic Party primary elections 2008. Theoretical definition of political marketing is followed by a description of main characteristics of presidential candidates (image, support from celebrities and family and the use of media). Following part deals with primary elections themselves, with decisions made by Obama and Clinton and their outcome on exit polls. The goal of this work is to answer the question: What were the key elements that lead to the victory of Barack Obama and how did he succeed in winning over Hillary Clinton, who was considered to be the frontrunner to win?
