Financování stavebních zakázek je jednou z nejdůležitějších fází, kde cílem každého stavebního podniku je dosahování co nejvyššího zisku a tím zajistit chod podniku. K financování veřejných zakázek jsou používány jak vlastní, tak převážně cizí zdroje. Společně s veřejnými zakázkami jsou spojeny dotace z Evropské unie. V teoretické části této práce jsou uvedeny základní pojmy týkající se veřejných zakázek podle zákona č. 137/2006 Sb. a dále financování, jak z pohledu dodavatele, tak zadavatele veřejných zakázek a samotný průběh realizace. Praktická část se zabývá financováním konkrétní veřejné stavební zakázky. Financing of construction contracts is one of the most important phases, where aim of every construction company, is to achieve the highest profit, thus ensuring the business. To the financing of construction contracts are used the own and mostly foreign sources. The procurement is linked with using subsidies from the European Union. In the theoretical part of this thesis there are described the basic concepts relating to public contracts pursuant to Act No. 137/2006 Sb. and financing, both in terms of suppliers and contracting authorities and the actual course of implementation. The practical part deals with the financing of specific public construction contract.
