Financial analysis of refrasil s. r. o.

The purpose of this thesis is to conduct a financial analysis of the company Refrasil s. r. o. Refrasil s. r. o is a subsidiary of Třinecké železárny a. s. The thesis comprises of two main parts. In the first theoretical part, I will try to explain concepts and indicators which are used in my thesis. The methods of my thesis are vertical and horizontal analysis, analysis of ratio indicators, and at the end of my thesis I will calculate bankruptcy and credibility models. In the practical part I will briefly introduce the company and I will apply theoretical framework of my academic work, which will be combined with publicly available data and carry out financial analysis. Horizontal and vertical analysis is calculated for the period between 2010 to 2014 with using chain index. In the next section I will compare the firm with competition and subsequently I will calculate bankruptcy and credibility models. In the conclusion of the thesis I will be able to make overall evaluation of the company´s financial statements and, moreover, to make evaluation of its main competitors.

Financial analysis of company Ryor, a.s.

The aim of this Bachelor´s Thesis is a financial analysis of the company Ryor, a. s. between years 2010 to 2014. The thesis is divided into two parts. The methodological part include general procedures, terms methods, formulas and data sources, that are necessary for financial analysis. The methods will applied to the selected company in the practical part. The practical part will include horizontal and vertical analysis, financial ratios, working capital, bankruptcy and credibility models and intercompany comparison. In the conclusion, all the results summarized, reviewed the financial status of the company and suggested measures to improve the economic situation of the company.

Financial analysis of company Toyota Peugeot Citroën Automobile Czech, s.r.o.

Goal of this Bachelor thesis is to evaluate the financial state of a company Toyota Peugeot Citroën Automobile Czech, s.r.o. in the last five years. Using calculations of selected financial indicators, which are based on analysis of the financial statements for the years 2010 to 2014, I will try to assess financial situation of the given company. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes used methods of financial analysis, which are absolute and financial ratios, analysis of finacial leverage, Du Pont analysis, Altman Z-score, Kralick quick test, economic value added and finaly the comparison with the competitor. The first part is the theoretical basis for the practical part, which is focused on application of these methods to the real situation in the company.

The purpose of the Bachelor's Thesis "Financial analysis of ŽĎAS corporation" is to evaluate the financial situation of this company between years 2008 and 2012 using appropriate methods and indicators. Then use those data to draw conclusions about company financial management and financial health compared to sector competitors. In theoretical part method of calculation of indicators and models used will be described. And those will be subsequently used for the practical part - the financial analysis of the company. Specifically, vertical and horizontal analysis, absolute indicators, ratio indicators and bankruptcy and credibility models.

Financial Analysis of ZVVZ-Enven Engineerins, a.s.

The main goal of this bachelor's thesis was the application of financial analysis on company ZVVZ-Enven Engineering in 2008-2012, which should reveal the overall financial health, to show its strengths and weaknesses, and to compare selected indicators of competition in the industry. Methods that have been used are described in the theoretical-methodological part and then applied to the analyzed company in the practical part. These include absolute, differential and ratio indicators, balance sheet rules or economic normals. There were also included pyramidal decomposition of return on equity, economic value added or bankruptcy and credibility models. All figures have been obtained from publicly available documents, primarily from annual reports and financial statements. The conclusion summarizes the results of the analysis on which was concluded the overall evaluation of the company.

This bachelor's thesis is focused on financial analysis of company SONBERK, a.s. The aim of this thesis is to determinate the financial health of this company from a point of view of a potential investor. Financial analysis is based on annual reports issued by the company in the period of years 2008 -- 2012. The structure is divided into introduction, theoretical part, application and conclusion. The company is analyzed by horizontal and vertical analysis, balance principles, ratio analysis, analysis of a net working capital, analysis of an economic value added and bankruptcy and credibility models. For intercompany comparison is used standardized variable method.

The aim of this thesis is to evaluate financial situation of company Kofola a.s. and its development in the years 2009 to 2013 on the basis of financial analysis, to interpret its results, to find out the causes of these results and suggest eventual recommendations for improvement in financial performance of the company. The work is divided into two main parts. Basic terms related to the financial analysis and methods used in the analytic part are described in the first part. The second part consists of presentation of analyzed company Kofola a.s., afterwards there are presented results of calculations and their explanation along with comments. The work is finished with the evaluation of the overall situation and summary of findings.

Evaluation and forecast of the economic development of the company Lucid s.r.o.

The aim of this thesis is to do the comprehensive economic analysis of the manufacturing company Lucid s.r.o. from the perspective of the external user. The economic analysis is covering years from 2009 to 2013. This thesis is devided in two parts -- theoretical and practical part. The methodological apparatus will be described in the theoretical part and all of the necessary calculations will be done in the practical part. DuPont decomposition of ROE indicator, ratios, horizontal and vertical analysis, bankruptcy and credibility models and EVA will be used in this thesis. Conclusions of this thesis are to evaluate the obtained results of all of the used indicators and company's inclusion into the bankruptcy or financial credibility of the company and following recommandations will be aplly on the current financial situation to be improved.
