Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce bylo provést finanční analýzu podniku ZVVZ-Enven Engineering v letech 2008-2012, která měla odhalit jeho celkové finanční zdraví, ukázat jeho silné a slabé stránky a srovnat vybrané ukazatele s konkurencí v odvětví. Metody a ukazatele, které byly použity, jsou popsány v teoreticko-metodologické části a poté aplikovány na analyzovanou společnost v části praktické. Mezi ně patří absolutní, rozdílové a relativní ukazatele, bilanční pravidla či ekonomické normály. Dále byl také zahrnut pyramidový rozklad rentability vlastního kapitálu, ekonomická přidaná hodnota či bankrotní a bonitní modely. Veškeré číselné údaje byly získány z veřejně dostupných dokumentů, především z výročních zpráv a účetních závěrek. V závěru jsou shrnuty výsledky analýzy, na základě kterých bylo vyvozeno celkové hodnocení společnosti. The main goal of this bachelor's thesis was the application of financial analysis on company ZVVZ-Enven Engineering in 2008-2012, which should reveal the overall financial health, to show its strengths and weaknesses, and to compare selected indicators of competition in the industry. Methods that have been used are described in the theoretical-methodological part and then applied to the analyzed company in the practical part. These include absolute, differential and ratio indicators, balance sheet rules or economic normals. There were also included pyramidal decomposition of return on equity, economic value added or bankruptcy and credibility models. All figures have been obtained from publicly available documents, primarily from annual reports and financial statements. The conclusion summarizes the results of the analysis on which was concluded the overall evaluation of the company.
