Cílem této bakalářské práce na téma "Finanční analýza podniku ŽĎAS, a.s." je pomocí vhodných metod a ukazatelů zhodnotit finanční situaci podniku mezi lety 2008 až 2012. Z těchto dat posléze ve srovnání s konkurenčními podniky v odvětví vyvodit závěry o hospodaření podniku a jeho finančním zdraví. V teoretické části bude popsán postup výpočtu jednotlivých ukazatelů a modelů, které budou následně v praktické části použity k samotné finanční analýze podniku. Konkrétně bude využito vertikální a horizontální analýzy, rozdílových ukazatelů, poměrových ukazatelů, hodnotových ukazatelů a bankrotních a bonitních modelů. The purpose of the Bachelor's Thesis "Financial analysis of ŽĎAS corporation" is to evaluate the financial situation of this company between years 2008 and 2012 using appropriate methods and indicators. Then use those data to draw conclusions about company financial management and financial health compared to sector competitors. In theoretical part method of calculation of indicators and models used will be described. And those will be subsequently used for the practical part - the financial analysis of the company. Specifically, vertical and horizontal analysis, absolute indicators, ratio indicators and bankruptcy and credibility models.
