Cílem této bakalářské práce je provedení finanční analýzy společnosti Refrasil s. r. o. Společnost Refrasil s. r. o je dceřinou společností Třineckých železáren a. s. Celá práce je rozdělena na dvě části. V první, metodické části se pokusím o vysvětlení všech pojmů a ukazatelů, které použiji v mé práci. Mezi metody finanční analýzy, které využiji, patří horizontální a vertikální analýza, rozdílová a poměrová analýza, a nakonec práce vypočítám bonitní a bankrotní modely. V praktické části krátce představím společnost a využuji teoretický rámec mé práce, který skombinuji s veřejně dostupnými údaji a provedu finanční analýzu. Horizontální a vertikální analýza se dotkne let 2014 až 2010 a to pomocí řetězových indexů. V další dílčí části rozdílového a poměrového šetření srovnám podnik Refrasil s.r.o. s konkurencí a následně vypočítám bankrotní a bonitní modely. V závěru práce budu schopný napsat, jak si firma finančně stojí v rámci svých účetních výkazů i vzhledem ke své konkurenci. The purpose of this thesis is to conduct a financial analysis of the company Refrasil s. r. o. Refrasil s. r. o is a subsidiary of Třinecké železárny a. s. The thesis comprises of two main parts. In the first theoretical part, I will try to explain concepts and indicators which are used in my thesis. The methods of my thesis are vertical and horizontal analysis, analysis of ratio indicators, and at the end of my thesis I will calculate bankruptcy and credibility models. In the practical part I will briefly introduce the company and I will apply theoretical framework of my academic work, which will be combined with publicly available data and carry out financial analysis. Horizontal and vertical analysis is calculated for the period between 2010 to 2014 with using chain index. In the next section I will compare the firm with competition and subsequently I will calculate bankruptcy and credibility models. In the conclusion of the thesis I will be able to make overall evaluation of the company´s financial statements and, moreover, to make evaluation of its main competitors.
