Employee Satisfaction and Work Motivation

The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts. First part focuses on summarizing the basic theoretical knowledge in the field of motivation and job satisfaction. In second analyses of motivation and satisfaction in the selected company is made. The aim is to determine the level of employee motivation and satisfaction. It identifies factors of dissatisfaction and suggests possible solutions to problem areas on the basis of the data. Survey methodology to research this area was by way of questionnaire survey. The respondents answered questions about routine matters, labor conditions and wage, working conditions and environment, management and relationships in the workplace. The survey was focused on satisfaction with specific motivational factors.
Project analysis and design of information systems for rentals

This diploma thesis deals with several views on project in connection with information system proposal of rentals. The first part focussing on project preparation and verification of hypotheses about the possibility of entering into the software market for rentals. The second view is focused on comparision of provide software as a licence or Software-as-a-Service. The third point of view is engaged in proposal of project procedure of implementation PRINCE methodology. The work ends with the conclusion of the design phase by creation of detailed analysis application.
Analysis of the use of INCOTERMS in the Czech Republic

Bachelor thesis analyzes the utilization of INCOTERMS rules among companies operating in the Czech Republic, which are involved in foreign as well as domestic trade in goods. The first part is theoretical, describes the features and use of INCOTERMS rules, characterizes in detail the rules INCOTERMS2010 and mentions the changes compared to the earlier version of Incoterms 2000. The second part analyzes responses to our survey.
Analysis and design of an application supporting destination event management

The aim of this thesis is to find an optimal informatics support for selected processes in the company Wedding in Prague Inc. For this purpose this thesis contains an analysis and a design of selected processes of the company and a definition of company requirements. According to this determine whether a suitable application on a market exists or not. Because no suitable application was found this thesis also contains a design a database, functionality and a component layout of user interface. This thesis includes definition of a destination event management, an analysis of the current state of the company followed by a definition of requirements for the application. Based on this requirements determine whether a suitable application exists on the market. Because no suitable application was found it was necessary to analyze and design the company processes selected for an informatics support. Finally, the application is analyzed and designed together with a design of subsequent iterations of the application development. Contribution of this thesis is to analyze and design an informatics support for the company Wedding in Prague Inc.
Analysis and design of a system for the support of distant management staff

The main objective of this thesis is to make an analysis and to design of a system for the support of distant management staff. An emphasis is placed upon the system design for effective utilization in practice and openness for further development. The theoretical part is divided into three main chapters. The first chapter is about describing the issues of process and project management in terms of the focus of this thesis. The output of this chapter is a list of the general requirements of the system for the support of distant management staff. In the second chapter is an analysis of the market with systems that best meet the defined general requirements. The third chapter is about describing the methods which are used in the practical part of this thesis. The practical part is mainly about realizing the main objective of this thesis. The practical part is divided into three main chapters. The first chapter contains a catalog of requirements for the system for support remote management staff. The second chapter is describing the design of the requirements defined in the first chapter of practical part. The last chapter of this thesis contains a comparison of the designed system and other systems of a similar type.
Marketing analysis of the hotel Louis Leger

This bachelor thesis deals with analysis of the marketing strategy of the hotel Louis Leger. The main goal of the thesis is to evaluate this strategy and alternatively to suggest specific changes. First part of the thesis is aimed at the theory of internet marketing, marketing mix and SWOT analysis. In the second part there are information about the company Czech Inn Hotels and the hotel Louis Leger. In the next part there is the analysis itself, which took place on the basis of the data from the internal hotel system and my own experience with working in this hotel. Part of the analysis is marketing mix and SWOT analysis. The last part includes evaluation of the strategy and suggestions to improvement.

The Master's Thesis deals with the valuation and the enterprise value determination. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical-methodological part presents the basic principles for the valuation and defines the notion of value; indicates the particular groups of method used in compliance with the valuation objective. Special attention is devoted to the yields methods, FCFF, FCFE, and DCF models. The aim of the application part is to appoint the value of the Company ITEST plus, s.r.o to the date 30 April 2014. The application part includes company profile, strategic analysis, and financial analysis, prognosis of value drivers, financial plan, and final valuation. The discounted cash flow method - free cash flow to the equity is used for appointing the value of the enterprise. The lower limit value of the Company is determined on the accounting property of the Company.

The Tourism Development in the Tourist Area of Český les

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to present the turist area of Český les as a competitive tourist area with a specific potential for the tourism development. The bachelor thesis is divided into four individual chapters. The first chapter consists of the general terms of tourism, which are related to the topic of the bachelor thesis. The second chapter specifies the geographic, natural and economic characteristics of the tourist area. The third chapter deals with the analysis of the supply and the demand in tourism in the tourist area of Český les, one part also focuses on the questionnaire survey, which was made among the visitors of the tourist area. The SWOT analysis sums up the current state of tourism in the tourist area of Český les. The final fourth chapter includes the proposals and opportunities of the tourism development, which are mostly based on the findings from the previous chapters.

The thesis focuses on the company Pilsner Urquell itself, its marketing strategy and also on the czech hop beverage market. Main goal of the thesis is to establish, whether the marketing strategy of Pilsner Urquell is suitable for the situation in the Czech hop beverage market regarding current trends. Partial objectives are analysis of brand portfolio of Pilsner Urquell and analysis of awareness of the Czech hop beverage market. Methods used to achieve the goal of the thesis were analysis itself, reasoning and quantitative research, conducted through a questionnaire survey. It was assessed that the marketing strategy of the company is very successful and adaptable to trends, however there was discovered a possibility of improving this strategy.
