Diplomová práce se zabývá oceňováním podniku a stanovením hodnoty. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. Teoreticko-metodologická část představuje základní pravidla pro oceňování a definuje pojem hodnoty. Jsou zde uvedeny jednotlivé skupiny metod používané v souladu s cílem ocenění. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována výnosovým metodám, FCFF, FCFE a modelům DCF. Cílem aplikační části je stanovení hodnoty společnosti ITEST plus, s.r.o. ke dni 30. 4. 2014. Aplikační část zahrnuje popis společnosti, strategickou a finanční analýzu, prognózu generátorů hodnoty, finanční plán a výsledné stanovení hodnoty. Ke zjištění hodnoty je použita metoda diskontovaných peněžních toků ve variantě volného peněžního toku pro vlastníky. Spodní hranice hodnoty společnosti je stanovena metodou účetní hodnoty. The Master's Thesis deals with the valuation and the enterprise value determination. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical-methodological part presents the basic principles for the valuation and defines the notion of value; indicates the particular groups of method used in compliance with the valuation objective. Special attention is devoted to the yields methods, FCFF, FCFE, and DCF models. The aim of the application part is to appoint the value of the Company ITEST plus, s.r.o to the date 30 April 2014. The application part includes company profile, strategic analysis, and financial analysis, prognosis of value drivers, financial plan, and final valuation. The discounted cash flow method - free cash flow to the equity is used for appointing the value of the enterprise. The lower limit value of the Company is determined on the accounting property of the Company.
