The project has been prepared complete documentation of new building to family business house the level of documentation for building construction. The building is without basement with two floors. House is designed for a family of four to five. Premises will be used as a law office. The building is designed completely from the system POROTHERM. The roof is designed with gable roof. The proposal emphasizes the object static and layout, fire safety, energy saving and safety in use. Design documentation was implemented in the program ArchiCAD. The building is designed for year-round living.

Semi-detached Building in Dřevnice

The project deals with the construction of a multifunctional residential building with 5 apartments, shop offices and law. The building is located in the village of Želechovice Dřevnicí on flat terrain. The house is designed in a structural system Porotherm, covered gable roof 45 °. The building is designed in accordance with the master plan of the municipality of Želechovice Dřevnicí, its character builds on the surrounding buildings and at work are respected by all laws and regulations relating to the design of buildings. The drawing part was processed by computer in AutoCad. Part of the project documentation is part of the drawing, text and calculation. The project is assigned a technical assessment of thermal and fire protection of the building.

File Management in Legal Company with Connection to Public Databases

This Master's thesis concerns the description of the systems used for the support of the administrative processes in legal offices. It focuses on finding the processes in offices, analyzes the possibilities for their simplification and automation. The great emphasis is placed especially on possibilities of automatic acquisition of information from public databases. Furthermore, the thesis describes and compares already existing solutions that are commonly available on the market. In another part of this thesis is being solved proposal of system itself and choice of suitable technologies for its practical implementation. The main goal of this paper is to implement the system according to generated proposal and its testing on real data.

Family house with law firm

The bachelor thesis contains the project and working out of designing documentation for execution of family house construction with a place of business. The project deals with a new building of separately standing family house with a law firm in nature conservation area Žďárské vrchy in Herálec village. The family house has the regular ground plan of „L“ shape. The object has a cellar, residential ground floor and loft. The place of business and garage for one car are the parts of ground floor. There is the saddle roof construction, horizontal and vertical supporting and non-supporting constructions are suggested from the Heluz´s brick system. The family house is designed for 4-5 members. The building site has a plane terrain.

Detached house with lawyer's office

The main theme of Bachelor thesis is new-building of family house with lawyer’s office located in Brno - Komín. The house has groundplan of two overlapping squares with small rectangle part. The house is designed for family of four members and ensures comfortable living. The house consists of two floor, garage and saddle roof. Lawyre’s office is part of the house and consists of office and sanitary. Vertical load bearing constructions are made of aerated concrete blocks. Horizontal constructions are assembled constructions for ceilings and roofs that are made of reinforced beams, aerated concrete, reinforcement and monilitic filler. This project was created in programme ArchiCAD and 3D model was made in Lumion.

Managing Writings of Law Company with Connections to Public Database

The thesis concerns the electronic maintenance of the files held by the law offices in the Czech Republic. It analyses current status and software means in place which could be used by Czech attorneys. The work analyses an approach of the Ministry of Justice of the Czech Republic with respect of an impact of the IT on the judicial environment. Based on this analysis a new application for the maintenance of the files of the law offices shall be proposed and implemented. The application is supplemented by a functionality connected with a link to the public database kept by the Ministry of Justice of the Czech Republic.

Apartment house with law office in Nové Mesto nad Váhom

The bachelor thesis deals with the design of a multi-purpose building, which will be used mainly for long-term housing. In order to create a space for use in administrative work in the area, the building also considers the area for this activity. For this purpose, the land was perfectly suited to the function of the future building on the fringe of the town Nové Mesto nad Váhom. The land is flat, located in a built-up area with family and apartment houses, on the corner of streets named Bzinská and Odnrej Plachý. The place in the nineties served as a public city swimming pool for recreation and sport. The land has been unused since the end of this activity. Therefore, the intention of the building would not only be enriched by the housing stock of the city, but also the value of the dilapidating land would increase. The building is designed as a detached storey house with one underground and four above-ground floors. It is divided into a residential part and an administrative part with separate entrances. The building is covered with a flat single-skin roof with attic around the perimeter. All entrances to the building are designed as barrier-free. The residential area on the ground floor contains a housing unit and its facilities and equipment designed for three people with limited mobility and orientation. Other higher floors have two apartments for four people. The apartment part includes a basement, where each apartment is assigned a cellar. Furthermore, in the basement there are common areas for residents such as a workshop, a store of common garden furniture and tools, a gym with sanitary facilities and a common room with a toilet. There is an elevator machine room, a boiler room and a cleaning room with the facilities of the operators in which only authorized persons will have access to the facility. Detached house with solicitor´s office

The subject of my bachelor thesis is a new-building of a detached house with a solicitor’s office in Obora near Boskovice. The objects are separated from each other and each of them makes a separate unit. The building is located in the suburb of Obora in slightly sloping terrain. The “T” shaped house is designed for a four membered family with a comfort dispositive organization. The house is ground floor, partly with a cellar, roofed by a saddle roof with a traditional wooden trussing. The organization and size of the windows in both objects are designed in order to have a view to the countryside. The solicitor’s office is a ground floor object roofed by flat roof. It consists three offices, one meeting room and sanitary facilities. The structural system of both objects is longitudinal, wall. The vertical load-bearing constructions are made from cut ceramic blocks. The horizontal constructions in the detached house are monolithic, ferroconcrete and in the solicitor’s office they are half-prefabricated, ceramics-concrete. The project was made in AutoCad software application, 3D model in 3D modelling computer program SketchUp.

The subject of this project is documentation for family house with two floors with the office. The house is situated in the village Svébohov. The house is alone standing in the existing development and will serve for 4 to 5 member family. At the bottom of first floor will located business – law office and garage. In the upper part of first floor and full second floor will be used for housing. The terrace is part of house, and is with access to the garden. The land is sloping toward the southeast. Aisle roof is with slight tendency. (two pages).

Analysis of communication of law firms on social media

The presented master thesis focuses on the communication of law firms on social media. The diploma thesis aims to find out whether important Czech and international law firms operating in the Czech environment actively use social media and what characteristic features of the communication of Czech and international law firms operating in the Czech environment can be traced to social media. Based on the knowledge gained, the work further compares the methods and purposes of social media use by Czech law firms and international law firms operating in the Czech Republic. Simultaneously the thesis deals with the question of whether the communication of law firms on social media complies with the Code of Ethics of the Czech Bar Association. An exploratory qualitative analysis of the social media content of two Czech law firms and two international law firms operating in the Czech environment provides answers to set research questions.
