V projektu je zpracována kompletní dokumentace novostavby rodinného domu s provozovnou na úrovni dokumentace pro provedení stavby. Objekt je nepodsklepený se dvěmi nadzemními podlažími. Rodinný dům je navržen pro čtyřčlennou až pětičlennou rodinu. Provozovnu tvoří advokátní kancelář. Objekt je navržen kompletně ze systému POROTHERM. Zastřešení je pomocí sedlové střechy. Návrh objektu klade důraz na statické a dispoziční řešení, požární bezpečnost, úsporu energie a bezpečnost při užívání. Výkresová dokumentace byla zrealizována v programu ArchiCAD. Stavba je určena k celoročnímu bydlení. The project has been prepared complete documentation of new building to family business house the level of documentation for building construction. The building is without basement with two floors. House is designed for a family of four to five. Premises will be used as a law office. The building is designed completely from the system POROTHERM. The roof is designed with gable roof. The proposal emphasizes the object static and layout, fire safety, energy saving and safety in use. Design documentation was implemented in the program ArchiCAD. The building is designed for year-round living.
