Indirect vibration analysis using a mobile phone microphone
Plodková, Zuzana ; Huzlík, Rostislav (referee) ; Zuth, Daniel (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with the possibility of using a recorded signal from a mobile phone for vibration analysis. The first half of the thesis is a research generally dedicated to microphones, microphones in mobile phones and technical diagnostics. The chapter about microphones discusses the principle of their operation, further it analyzes the most important technical parameters and finally divides microphones according to their construction. In case of microphones in mobile phones there is mentioned the most commonly used type of microphone and its structure including a description of possible sound filtration. Possible ways and approaches to processing the measured signal are mention in the chapter abou technical diagnostics. The second part of the thesis is devoted to repeated measurement and subsequent processing of measured values. An evaluation of efficiency of the method of measuring the signal with a mobile phone for vibration analysis by comparison with the results obtained by a professional measuring technique follows.
SW for balancing rotary machines
Dúcky, Martin ; Jankových, Róbert (referee) ; Zuth, Daniel (advisor)
This thesis deals with balancing of rotary machines in one plane. It is divided into a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part is deals with the basics of vibrostatics and operational balancing, with emphasis on the evaluation of machine vibration. The practical part deals with SW solution in Matlab environment. It explains the functionality of individual parts, their arrangement, connection and mutual continuity, and layout of the program. The programmed solution is tested on a series of measurements in which the balancing itself is evalated and compared with the classical method used in balancing rotary machines in one plane.
On-line diagnostic monitoring systems for vibration of machines
Cirhanová, Iva ; Prostredník, Daniel (referee) ; Hammer, Miloš (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with diagnostic monitoring systems of machine vibration. First of all, a technical diagnosis with a focus on diagnostic methods, means and diagnostic systems is generally described. Special attention is paid to vibrodiagnostics and termodi-agnostics. In the next part of the thesis there are on-line diagnostic monitoring systems, their parameters and their use in technical practice. Emphasis is placed on systems from SKF, ADASH and ifm electronic. The systems are compared and the economic aspect is briefly outlined. In the bachelor thesis is also evaluated.
Modernization of R-mat test stations
Papaj, Lukáš ; Dočkal, Aleš (referee) ; Mazal, Pavel (advisor)
The aim of the thesis is to reconstruct obsolete R-mat test stations, which are used for rolling contact fatigue tests of material, which are still of interest from industry. It was necessary to replace the original control electronics with a new industrial computer to allow use modern sensors and automate the entire test process. At the same time, the measurement was supplemented by an acoustic emission method, which can also record the development of damage. Design modifications have been made that allow the installation of all new sensors. The main method for evaluating the tests is vibrodiagnostics, which is supplemented by the acoustic emission method. With the help of several experiments, the shortcomings of the new control system were identified, some parameters were designed, and the main functionality of the modernized R-mat station was verified. According to the proposed parameters and the identified shortcomings, the control system was modified, and a script was created, which is used to evaluate the test. It is still possible to perform rolling contact fatigue tests of the material on the modernized equipment, and thanks to the modernization of the electronics, it is possible to test completely new methods of test evaluation.
Vibration diagnosis of machines during routine tests
Kohutek, Tomáš ; Hammer, Miloš (referee) ; Nahodil, Petr (advisor)
This master thesis deals with the vibration diagnostics of machine vibrations during unit tests in industrial company Siemens Electric Machines s.r.o Drásov. In the master thesis is elaborated a design of the diagnostic system which contains selected methods of vibration diagnostics, methology, procedure of measurement and evaluation of measured values. The part of master thesis is also a practical example of measurement on which the mentioned system is tested.
Measurement and analysis of vibration with OCTAVIS system
Pařík, Zdeněk ; Bradáč, František (referee) ; Holub, Michal (advisor)
This thesis is focus at diagnostics of processing machines by diagnostics of vibration with the OCTAVIS system. There is mentioned a view of the present vibration monitoring methods, description of developed diagnosis bench, measuring in this bench and measuring of the chosen production machine.
IoT systems in diagnostics
Križanová, Bronislava ; Marada, Tomáš (referee) ; Zuth, Daniel (advisor)
This master thesis deals with the topic of Internet of Things and its use in technical diagnostic. In theoretical part, there is a description of IoT systems and its parts, history of the IoT, communication modules and cloud systems. The second part of the thesis is focused on the description of technical diagnostic, diagnostic signal, and detailed description of two methods, most appropriate for use in IoT systems and that is vibrodiagnostic and thermodiagnostic. The practical part is focused on the application of the IoT system in technical diagnostics, including the measurement of vibrations and temperature, on the description of application in cloud system and analysis of measured results in cloud system. Prior to the end the more actions in this field of IoT systems has been recommended.
Vibration diagnostics of bearings
Navrátil, Pavel ; Mazal, Pavel (referee) ; Klapka, Milan (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis introduces the basic principles of vibrodiagnostic methods and their importance for individual fase of bearing’s damage. The selected methods studied are: acoustic emission, SPM (shock pulse method), SEE (spectral emission energy), envelope method, High frequency emission, Crest factor, Kurtosis factor and special method for slow-motion machines Adash Compressed Time.
Machine tool Life Cycle
Mikulka, Tomáš ; Marek, Jiří (referee) ; Knoflíček, Radek (advisor)
The diploma thesis is focused on the determination of the life cycle state of the production machine. The thesis is divided into several chapters. First, the life cycle of the machine is defined, and the phrase used here is given. Subsequently, the work is devoted to maintenance, repairs and modernization of the production machine. Then there is a demonstration of Schaeffler Skalica's corporate structure and individual methods that determine the state of the machine's life cycle. In the next chapter, the machine is described and then the analysis is made for the current state of the machine. Then the analyses created are evaluated.
Vibrodiagnostics of electrical machines
Boháček, Daniel ; Vítek, Ondřej (referee) ; Janda, Marcel (advisor)
This thesis deals with methods of vibration analysis in electric rotating machines. From the beginning, it is necessary to explain the basic concepts and introduce the issue of vibration. Next time, the work is focused on sources of vibration in electrical machines. Defects on electric rotating machines causing vibrations are described. Sensing is performed using sensors of deflection, speed and acceleration. The measured signal needs to be adjusted and filters, approximations and sampling will cover this in the next chapter. The main objective is the methods of analysis, which include the best known in the field of frequency analysis (FFT) and the envelope method in the time domain. This includes other methods such as Kurtosis factor, Crest factor, etc. There is also a basic block diagram for measuring vibrations. This block diagram is programmed and has a graphical user interface. The last part is an evaluation of the measured data of the engines.
