A Test Suite for the OpenLDAP/NSS Project
Špůrek, David ; Očenášek, Pavel (referee) ; Smrčka, Aleš (advisor)
The goal of this thesis is to create a test suite for the OpenLDAP/NSS project. The work clarifies the principles of testing, automation testing in a GNU/Linux environment, and the concepts of LDAP and NSS. Tests are designed for Fedora/Red Hat Enterprise Linux distribution and they are automated using shell scripting and the Beakerlib library for testing.  Black-box testing method is used to design tests. The tests focus on the integration of OpenLDAP and NSS. In the thesis, tests are designed and implemented for openldap-clients, kerberos, nss-pam-ldapd, samba, and autofs packages.
Robotic manipulator testing
Pernikář, Aleš ; Davídek, Daniel (referee) ; Richter, Miloslav (advisor)
This bachelor thesis concerns about automation of testing procedures using automaticaly controlled robotic manipulator. Thesis defines requirements of prerequisites, testing procedures and evaluation of results. Testing environment YSoft SafeQ as well as multifunctional printers are described. Algorithms for manipulator control and extracting results from sensors are designed. Testing libraries, created to serve as an interface between testing environment and the testing tools are described. Tests are designed in Robot Framework where test plans are created and executed by a remote machine using test environment Atlassian Bamboo.
Software Testing in Domain Driven Development
Polešovský, Tomáš ; Bartík, Vladimír (referee) ; Rychlý, Marek (advisor)
This thesis deals with possibilities of automation in software testing with focusing on applications developed using Domain-driven design (DDD). The automatic test generator was created in Java programming language and demonstrate the solution in car rental information system, which uses the Apache ISIS framework. The resulting generated tests are driven by behaviour (BDD).
Web Applications Quality Assurance Using Automated Testing Tools
Reš, Radim ; Očenášek, Pavel (referee) ; Kreslíková, Jitka (advisor)
The subject of this thesis is web applications quality assurance using automated testing tools. The main goal of this thesis is design and implementation solution for automated regression testing of map web application. In the first chapter are described principles of software quality assurance focused to software testing. After that follows chapter about the possibility of automatic software testing based on analysis tools available to support automated testing of web applications. Next chapters of this thesis are devoted to choosing the ideal tool of automated testing, design and implementation of solutions for automated regression testing of web map application.
Analysis of C Code for Testing of Decompilation
Dítě, Viktor ; Kolář, Dušan (referee) ; Matula, Peter (advisor)
The goal of this thesis is to extend framework for creation of regression tests with new functionality for analysis of C code. This framework is created in Python language and uses clang compiler for analysis of source code. The thesis contains description of area of reverse engineering and decompiler developed in AVG company. Then the area of software testing and C language are briefly introduced. Following chapters describe proposed and implemented extensions. These extensions are presented in sample tests. Summary of the results can be found in conclusion.
Analysis and Testing of Concurrent Programs
Static Detection of Common Bugs in JBoss Application Server
Vyvial, Pavel ; Rogalewicz, Adam (referee) ; Letko, Zdeněk (advisor)
First, a few bugs from a list of common bug were chosen and patterns describing these bugs were inferred. Then, detectors searching for such patterns were implemented as plug-ins to FindBugs static analyzer. Finally, detectors were used to detect bugs in development version of JBoss AS. Results are presented at the end of this paper.
Návrh infrastruktury pro testování React komponent
Pokladova, Tamara
This diploma thesis deals with the issue of React.js (Typescript) web applications testing and methods of effective organization of a sustainable test infrastructure in the specified conditions. Parts of the work describe both formal theoretical approaches to problem solving and informal practical ones. In addition, the aim of the thesis is to increase awareness of the testing process - a description of the advantages of correctly tested products can also be found in text. The output of the theoretical part is a more general recommendation in the form of a diagram and a description of the sequence of steps helpful in the implementation of testing activities. The practical contribution of this work lies in the establishment of a test infrastructure for a specific contractor company by adapting the universal procedure to its needs and situation.
