The Proposal for the Business Development Stratetegy of a Company Engaged in the Sale and Assembly of Sanitary Products

The master's thesis focuses on proposing the development of the current business strategy of a starting company dealing with the sale and installation of sanitary products in the Czech market. The theoretical part includes a literature review in the field of strategic management of the company, followed by selected analytical research methods used in the subsequent part of the thesis. The analytical section provides a practical approach to identifying gaps between the current setup of the starting company's elements and tactical activities and the owners' vision using GAP analysis, including an assessment of market attractiveness using Porter's Five Forces model and key factors of the general environment. The results of the conducted analyses are further summarized and elaborately analyzed using the SWOT method. Based on the criteria and in line with the vision, a suitable variant of the business strategy and changes leading to the achievement of the partners' vision and long-term success of the company in the market are selected in the proposal section. The proposed business strategy is elaborated to the level of action planning and budgeting for the proposed changes.
Strategic Management in the Selected Agricultural Company

This diploma thesis deals with strategic management in a selected agricultural company, also with regard to the impact of the new common agricultural policy for the period 2023-2027. Using strategic analyzes such as STEP analysis, resource analysis, scenario analysis, the company's strategic position will be evaluated as a result of the internal and external influences on the company. According to the SWOT analysis, a proposal for new strategies will then be prepared for the company's management, which will be more precisely specified, any acquisition costs will be expressed, essential benefits and possible savings will be described.

The bachelor thesis focuses on the proposal of the development strategy of a coworking company in Ukraine in comparison with a selected coworking company in Brno. The theoretical part includes important theoretical background of the thesis to properly understand the issues in the field of management, including the concept of coworking, tools for comparison and implementation of selected tools to conduct research. The analysis of the problem and the current situation focuses on the introduction of the mentioned company, the application of the explained strategic analyses and the conduct of a research interview with the company's management. Based on the results from the analyses performed, recommendations for the strategic development of the coworking company are presented in the proposal section.
Analysis of the External Environment of the Selected Company

This bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of the external environment of the company Jednota, consumer cooperative České Budějovice. The main objective was to use the analysis of the external environment to evaluate the current situation of the company and based on the results of the individual methods to propose an appropriate strategy that would help to improve the company's position in the market. PESTE analysis, Scenario Analysis and Porter's Five Forces Model were selected from the external environment analyses. In order to get a more holistic view of the overall situation of the company, a partial SWOT analysis focusing only on opportunities and threats was developed. Subsequently, in order to narrow the focus of this thesis, two analyses were developed focusing on the customers of the enterprise. These were developed to better understand customer needs, specifically the Market Segmentation and the Key Customer Empathy Map. The necessary background information to conduct the analyses was obtained from the internet or provided by the company's management. Finally, key strategic areas were proposed. These areas are based on the results of the external environment assessment methods carried out.

It describes a theoretical framework in the areas of family business, strategic management and change management. Using critical analysis in accordance with the theoretical findings, a proposal of strategic development within a chosen family business is created together with a high-level implementation plan.
The importance of association of municipalities for development of the regions

As the main topic this thesis theoretically defines the subject municipality with extended powers and voluntary associations of municipalities for developement of regions. In the practical part i focused on a research inquiry, i analyse results of this inquiry and i consider a practical use in the public area. I try to point out the importance of the strategic management by dint of all needs which mean a long-term planning in relation to methods of managerial work. Another part of my survey is to analyse all technical infrastructure of municioalities in the south moravian district. And i would like to attention to the problems and deficiencies and not only to try fix this things but find out an actual oppurtunities to help these municipalities. Facts in this work can point out the importance of unions for developement of regions.

The basis of the development strategy proposal is strategy analysis (financial analysis, general and related professional analysis, SLEPT and SWOT analyses). The final part of this work is focused on an evaluation of how the proposed strategy could be implemented.
Strategic Analysis of Company and Next Steps Recommendation

The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the previous and current situation of the K. s.r.o. company market position, including a comparison of the strategic administration of the former and new management. A complete strategic analysis was performed in the analysed company - i.e. external and internal analysis of the company including the evaluation of risks and results of the financial analysis. Thanks to the strategic analysis of the K. company, important information was gained, necessary for the subsequent evaluation of the previously and currently implemented company strategy. The result of the thesis is an evaluation of conclusions and determination of recommendations which will lead to a general improvement of the current position of the company and to maintaining its competitive strength.
Strategic Development of Business Model in the Context of Legal Aspects

This diploma thesis focuses on the issue of the impact of legal regulation on the business model during its formulation and implementation. This work outlines the theoretical background in which are described the key concepts of work, strategic management and strategy, the insured strategy of corporate and business strategy and innovative approach as a business model Canvas. Furthermore, the basic characteristics of the level and method of legal regulation are outlined. The analytical part presents a specific business model, which will be used to reveal key areas subjected to legislation, which will then be compared with the solutions of the most successful companies in the given area. Based on these findings, the design part deals with the formulation and implementation of the business model so that it is legally compliant at both national and supranational levels, with the economic impact of the selected solution according to the degree of complexity and risk.
