FMECA procedural analysis of a cardboard stand
Potěšilová, Hana ; Molák, Radek (referee) ; Blecha, Petr (advisor)
The thesis deals with application of method FMECA to the manufacturing process of cardboard stand. The aim of work is to describe cardboard stand manufacturing, identify fault conditions and their consequences in particular manufacturing processes. In order to increase reliability of cardboard stands, we have designed measures based on analysis of criticality.
Methodology of temperature measurement behind jet engine
Koutný, Martin ; Koštial, Rostislav (referee) ; Matějů, Jiří (advisor)
This thesis is focused on temperature measurement behind jet engine. The theoretical part introduces chosen ways of temperature measurement. The practical part is divided into design (and later assembly) of the measuring stand, methodology of measurement and the measurement itself. The main outcome are heat maps gained by measuring temperatures behind TJ – 42 jet engine.
Design of a belt saw stand
Kropáč, Jan ; Pavlík, Jan (referee) ; Tůma, Zdeněk (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with research in the field of band saws, pedestals and roller conveyors. The output of this work is the design of a new stand for the older band saw PILOUS ARG 220 plus, which includes a foldable roller conveyor. The whole work is complemented by pictures and drawings from the model created in a 3D CAD software.
Construction of the stand for the filaments on spools
Bezděk, Petr ; Dočkal, Kryštof (referee) ; Škaroupka, David (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to develop a stand for filament spools with minimal unwinding resistance, which eliminates stitching of filament and calculates the amount of unwound material. The stand is designed for a spool filament in the weight range of 250 g to 2.5 kg. Furthermore, the goal is to make the stand universal and usable for various 3D printers. The problem is solved by selecting the most appropriate concept for the problem based on the applicable concept analysis. The work contains an overview of the essential facts concerning stands, unwinding and 3D printing. Subsequently, the key issues are analysed on the basis of balancing the benefits of the possible variants of the concept. The chosen concept is solved in structural parts, which ultimately form a functional unit and a completed product. The result is a complete stand design in the form of written work, production documentation and manufactured product. The stand function has been verified by testing. The work is beneficial in terms of expanding awareness of rack issues, identifying 3D printing problems associated with the spool stand, designing and finished products for use in printing. The design is entirely designed to produce only one piece.
Design of Table Fan
Macháčková, Petra ; Rubínová, Dana (referee) ; Křenek, Ladislav (advisor)
The topic of my Bachelor's project is to draft a design of table fan. The main idea is to be innovative while meeting the technical, esthetic and ergonomic requirements and fulfilling psychological and economic functions. The drafted table fan should take advantage of the innovative technology of bladeless fans. The table fan should function as an appropriate addition to a modern interior. The objective is to combine the original design with modernization of the machine while fulfilling the general requirements of industrial design.
Possibilities of Companies Advertisement of Fairs
Budínská, Lucie ; MBA, Kateřina Čapková, (referee) ; Dvořák, Jiří (advisor)
The bachelor's thesis is focused on promotion EXCON copmany, Ins. at the trade fairs. It contains information about the company being analyzed, the general advertising and advertising at trade fairs. Methods and examples of promotion at the trade fair, ways to prepare and implement the exhibition to meet all the required targets. Above all this bachelor's thesis is focused on proposition of the optimal structure of advent at the trade fairs.
Production Concept of Smart Stand Using Modern Methods and Technologies
Buchta, Juraj ; Kouřil, Karel (referee) ; Sedlák, Josef (advisor)
The aim of bachelor´s thesis is design, construction and production of smart stand for laptop Macbook Pro with using advanced additive Rapid Prototyping technology. The design is created with the parametric CAD program SolidWorks. Model of stand is realized on a 3D printer Fortus, company operating with additive method Fused Deposition Modeling. The work is completed with economic evaluation of the total costs of production and prices to compare of the stands on the market.
Assembly fixture for front seat back
Vincenc, Jan ; Horňák, Samuel (referee) ; Dvořáček, Jiří (advisor)
The Bachelor`s thesis deals with a structural design of assembly fixture for front seat back with clamping and positioning. At the introduction gives a brief description of the design of automotive seating and currently the most widely used assembly fixtures. The second part of this work is focused on the design of the fixture and its most important parts according to given parameters and requirements.
Stand for Single Cylinder Engine Testing
Sikora, Ondřej ; Prokop, Aleš (referee) ; Janoušek, Michal (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with construction design of stand for testing single-cylinder turbocharged engine. The first part describes principles and possibilities of measuring the performance parameters of internal combustion engines. It also analyzes the issue of measuring single-cylinder combustion engine. The main part of thesis is about construction design of stand, which describes the individual technical solutions of the general construction parts. The last chapter deals with numerical simulation, which uses modern software tools. This software helps with verification of function design.
Experimental stand for rotational heat pipe verification
Liška, Martin ; Sikora, Michal (referee) ; Vlach, Radek (advisor)
This bachelor thesis presents a design of an experimental stand for testing of cooling effects on electrical machines trough rotational heat pipe and mainly with design and construction of experimental stand, that represents rotational heat pipe of real machine rotor. Pipe is heated by means of resistance conductor winding and average temperature on a pipe surface is scanned with a additional parallel winding. Experimental stand was designed for subsequent experiments and for evaluating of rotational heat pipe parameters.
