The Use of Project Management Tools for Improvement Processes of Company

This thesis deals with streamlining business processes using project management tools at VOLET, Ltd. The company sells components and services in the field of garden ponds and irrigation systems. The first part describes the theoretical background, these are concepts based on project management. The analytical part describes the company and its current situation, then the individual analyzes. On the basis of these analyzes will be presented in the last part of the proposals on which to base the proposed project to streamline business processes.

Proposal of the marketing campaign for a new product of a selected company

The bachelor's thesis focuses on the design of a marketing campaign for home battery storage AES, for the company FENIX Trading s.r.o., a member of the group FENIX GROUP a.s., which deals with marketing matters of the group. The campaign is based on the outputs of analyzes performed on the current situation of the company and the assignment of the company itself. At the end of the thesis there is also a recommendation for evaluating the effectiveness of the campaign.

Evaluation of the Company´s Financial Performance using Benchmarking Approach

The diploma thesis is focused on the evaluation of the financial performance of the SAPELI corporation using the benchmarking approach. First part of the thesis deals with theoretical knowledge and concepts for a given issue. Second part includes the introduction of SAPELI corp. and its rivals. The benchmarking itself and the SWOT analysis are also implemented here. The last part of the thesis includes summary of gathered information followed by suggestions and recommendations with aim to improve financial and business situation of the corporation.

The theme of my bachelor’s thesis is a marketing plan regarding to Czech representation of Ford Motor Company. The thesis deals with a stabilization of model Mondeo and its position in comparison to the competition of medium-size automobile category and increasing of its sales. It also treats of conditions within a large competition and pressure for constantly higher vehicle norms.

The ambition is to propose an arrangement to grow and fix it’s market position.

This master`s thesis deals with the performance measurement of Stredoslovenská energetika, a.s. The first section explains what performance is and describes the theoretical basis, which relates with the methods of measurement and analysis of the company’s current state. In the following part there is the profile of the company with its current situation. The evaluation of the performance SSE, a.s. is measured by START PLUS model. This model identifies the strengths and the areas which need improvement and offers suggestions for improving the company’s performance.
