ESF and Possibilities of Human Resources Development Financing

The main goal of this diploma work is to clear the possibility of financing human resources development in the company Lemon, s.r.o., operational programmes introduction in the frame of programming period of 2007 – 2013, with the aim to programmes, which are determined for human resources development financing. Main source is European social fund and above all operational programme Human resources and employment. Partial objective of the work is to introduce how to set plan of the human resources development in the company Lemon, s.r.o. on the basis of the question-form and workshop, therefore to educate employees in a complex and sytematic way. Further objective of the work is also identification of proposals preparation, above all proposal structure and contents of particular sections.
Financing of Personal Development in Pala Company

The subject of this bachelor`s thesis is the creation of a proposal for the financial means acquirement that would benefit the human resources development in the company PALA Ltd. The theoretical part sums up the information about human resources development and the means of financing. The practical part presents a suggestion of the most advantageous program in which it is possible to demand a grant focusing on the development of human resources for society. The same part also presents the concrete aim of such a grant as well as the proposals on what benefits can be taken from a new educational center.

Enterprise Management in Industry 4.0 and Human Resource Development

Based on the research, the aim of the dissertation is to identify the key competencies in the conditions of Industry 4.0 and to propose tools for human resources development in order to evaluate their implementation in terms of ensuring the required development of employees. In the quantitative part, based on a questionnaire survey, the statistical research revealed in the number of ANOVA tests and after adjusting their p-values by Bonferroni correction, the competencies of leadership and lifelong learning as statistically significant key competencies of professionals for Industry 4.0. This statistical result is supported by the case studies included in the qualitative part of the dissertation. The case studies capture the professional development of five managers who hold Industry 4.0 core competencies. From the qualitative research in the form of coaching interviews, the thesis shows the professional development of the experts by an average of two levels for each competency separately on the ten-point scale based on the primary questionnaire survey based on the experts' self-evaluation. The coaching method was confirmed in the case studies as the most effective method of competence development for Industry 4.0 compared to leadership and mentoring. The use of 360-degree feedback confirms the results reached by the author in the case studies. The methods for developing human resources in key positions in Industry 4.0 conditions have been effectively captured and the objectives have been met.
Cultural dimensions in human resources development in Mirovice municipality

This diploma thesis is focused on the culture in the society of the municipality. It is interrested in prevaling tendencies in the society. The aim of this diploma thesis was to analyse the impact of the cultural dimensions to the required human resources development in the choosen municipality and to propose the changes leading to the improvement. The analysis was based on culture dimensions (tendencies) defined by Profesor Geert Hofstede. Eight proposals were made, to lead to the human resources development. The proposals were on-line shared to the residents who got a chance to show their preferences. Realization costs were calculated for all proposals.
Management of the development of teaching staff in secondary vocational schools

The thesis deals with the issues of the management of human resourses in secondary vocational schools. It describes the headteachers' attitude and experience in this area. The aim is to map, analyse and form conclusions, which will be useful and helpful in headteacher's work, to show a potential for teachers development, to apply knowledge from this area of the general management to a specific school environment and to show the meaning and and the growing importance of these processes in schools. The conclusions are based on research made in secondary vocationals schools among the headteachers and teachers with the questionnaire as a research tool. Qualifications according to the needs of the time

This bachelor thesis Qualifications according to the needs of the time deals with the lifelong learning, its main idea and the main signs of the society of knowledge. It deals with the kinds and division of lifelong learning. Further the strategic documents are pointed out, on which is the main conception of this thesis, based on. The second part describes the concept of lifelong learning in Czech Republic. Here the main goals of lifelong learning are described and the way of cooperation of the systems and organizations, which are involved in its realization. The last part of this bachelor thesis is directed on the interview analysis. Here is shortly characterized the methodology of quantum research followed by its evaluation. The interviews were made with the employers in security services, who have the biggest experiences with lifelong learning in Czech Republic.
People Development in Fusion Project

This thesis focusses on the subject of leadership. It describes various leadership styles, considers the personality of a leader and whether or not it is possible to learn to be a good leader. It also addresses the issue of teamwork; what is a team, what are the characteristics of a successful team, and what causes a team to fail in its task. In addition, the thesis also looks at volunteer work; who is a volunteer, what is the volunteer's role in an organization, and what are their needs, and some issues faced in developing human resources. The practical part on this thesis is focussed on Fusion; it describes Fusion's activities, and how it functions in the Czech Republic and abroad. Based on field research, it highlights the needs of Fusion leaders, and proposes the needed leadership training and development to fulfill this need. Human resources management in terms of public and private secondary schools

The theoretical and empirical work focuses on human resources management with the aim to capture and analyze for a selected sample of heads of public and private secondary schools information on specific human resource management in educational organizations, focusing on possible differences in approach to human resource management according to the legal form of these schools. In the theoretical part, attention is focused on the key concepts of human resources management focusing on educational organizations. The research part uses a theoretical-empirical method to answer the research three questions, which includes an analysis of the literature and a research consisting of semi-structured interviews with three selected principals of secondary public schools and three principals of secondary private schools, two management tests, ČŠI inspection reports and analysis of documents of these schools. The research findings are assessed mainly in terms of the legal form of the school, while the specifics of human resource management related to the aspect are identified.
