Analysis and Strategy of E-commerce Firms

The content of this work is the analysis and assessment of the current state of company Slevoteka.cz, which is the first recreation dealing discount portal in the Czech Republic. This work also contains parts regarding an in-depth insight to company operations, a segment about firm's marketing and a comparison with its competitors. Finally there are many improvement suggestions which were derived as an output of my findings and also a web redesign draft.

AUTOCENTRUM VW GROUP MIKULOV

The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the elaboration of project for the building permit and for the construction of the VW Car Centre in Mikulov. The documentation follows the study maked during the summer semester of the academic year 2019/2020, within the AG033. The aim of the study was to develop an available, functional, and architectural solution. The bachelor's thesis elaborates this study in detail. The building site is in South Moravia, on the northwestern edge of Mikulov in the former collective farm. The building is connected to the local road by Jiráskova Street, two entrances, connected by an asphalt road around the building. Around road, there are parking areas for visitors and employees, as well as parking areas for serviced vehicles and vehicles intended for sale. The building is divided into several functional units, especially the sale of new cars, with administrative, sale of spare parts with a handy warehouse and authorized service, with facilities for employees and a spare parts warehouse. These units are reflected in structure, consisting of three blocks, different in height, adapted to the requirements for traffic height. In the first, one-floor block, there is a car shop, in the middle, two-floor block, storage and sale of spare parts on the ground floor, the administrative on the second floor. In the third block is the service. The parts are interconnected and thus form one continuous object. From an architectural point of view, the building is based on the surrounding industrial buildings and is flattened with a titanium-zinc overhanging perforated shell. The sun exposure of the building is ensured by curtain walls on the sides of the building, on the second floor by windows. Furthermore, the building is illuminated by skylights. In the interior of the sales and administrative part, there is a dominant steel console staircase, connecting these two units. The building is designed to the principles of barrier-free use.

Proposal for a Business Plan - a Bee Farm

The bachelor's thesis concerns with creating of a business plan for establishing a Bee farm which will be situated in Zárubice in Vysočina area and will be carried on a trade. The proposal of business plan is based on theoretical knowledge and on compiled analysis (SWOT) and chooses convenient strategies for for the needs of customers and create a value added creation for the owner.

The Analysis of the Company Processes in order to Optimisation the Information System

The bachelor thesis focuses on the extension of the information system on the planning of delivery lines in a particular company. The first part of the thesis describes the theoretical starting point of the work, which is necessary to understand the problems in this thesis. The second part describes the current state of the company. In addition, the analysis needed to design a solution was carried out. This is at the end of the work and there are elaborated recommendations and a proposal for a solution for the planning of delivery lines for saving time and minimizing company costs.

Sale promotion of a small family business producing dancing costumes

In this bachelor thesis I deal with a particular company whose main business is production of dance costumes. Thesis is divided into two parts, which is theoretical and the other one is practical. Theoretical part includes basis of marketing communication. It focuses on sales promotion, advertising and point of sale communication. The other part focuses on aplication of theoretical knowledge to a practical use in specific company. My bachelor thesis is devoted to a current marketing situation and at the end of this thesis is proposed new marketing campaign.

Housing market and its financing in Zlín

This bachelor thesis is focused on the housing market (market for flats) and their financing in the city of Zlin. It is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part explores basic concepts of living and state concepts of living for the next 8 years. With this is related to the additional support program from the state in the living area. The practical part deals with the housing market in city of Zlín following to the new zoning plan. In conclusion is compiled the concrete financing flat by the help of building savings loan.

The determination of the taxation at alternative solutions of purchasing a property

This thesis is focused on tax issue, witch relates to real property trading. In the theoretical part of the thesis I describe the basic terms and deal with individual tax, which is related to the mentioned tax. In the context of the thesis will be compared to the tax burden for selected model situations that may arise in the sale, purchase or lease of real property. This load will be examined from the point of view of physical persons, to self-employed persons and also legal persons.

The Diploma thesis describes marketing of the real estate agencies. Theoretical part is focused on marketing and real estate agencies. It also provides advices in marketing for model real estate agency. Practical part is focused on analyzing selected options by using WSA method. Then I tried to find out which option has the best rating.
