This diploma thesis entitled "Design of Promotion Strategie in the Hospitality Industry - a Comparable Study for the Czech Republic and Ireland" addresses strategic practices in different countries and further applies them. The aim was to assess whether it is possible to apply the same advertising procedures as in Ireland at domestic country. The evaluation was carried out on the basis of a semi-structured interview with a Irish resident working in the hospitality industry and a questionnaire survey which took place in the Czech Republic. In the conclusion the are formulated specific steps inspired by Ireland which can be applied in the Czech Republic.

This Bachelor´s Thesis analyzes established fitness centre. The aim of this is create a draft business plan. The bachelor´s thesis is articulated into three wired parts – theoretical, analytical and the concept. The basic notions and terms are defined in the theoretical part. Strategic analysis – examines microeconomic and macroeconomic relations, i.e. the overall situation and market preconditions is define in the analytical part. The concept includes the business plan itself, i.e. the description of the company, vision, business, marketing and organisational plans and the financial aspects of the business plan.

The first part of the thesis presents the theory of individual methods used for analysis and evaluation of the financial side of the company. In the second part, these methods are used and applied to the analysis of the company itself. Finally, based on the performed analyses, appropriate steps are proposed to improve the financial situation of the company.

The first section is dedicated to clarifying specific marketing terms such as Marketing Mix, Online Marketing Analysis SWOT, STEP Analysis, Porter’s Five Forces Model etc. The second part of the Diploma Thesis deals with more specific practical issues directly applying the theoretical analysis outlined in the first section. Furthermore the hotel quests have been asked to complete questionnaire in order to ascertain their view on future hotel development in order to utilise and enhance customer service in wellness and fitness.

In first part of this thesis, I focused on theory. In second part can be found all kinds of analysis, for example competition, market research, to be sure we are entering right market. In final part there is calculation for product, financial plan and so on, where from all relevant information will be decided, if the company is realisable.

This bachelor thesis deals with customer satisfaction analysis of Yoga House, z.s. and subsequent proposals for its improvement. The first part of the thesis deals with the description of important theoretical bases related to this topic. The second part analyzes the general and competitive environment of the company, marketing mix is processed, the questionnaire survey focused on customer satisfaction is analyzed, and SWOT analysis from the individual outputs of previous research is elaborated. In the third part, suggestions and recommendations are created to increase the level of customer satisfaction with the selected association.
