Diplomová práce se soustředí na zhodnocení strategické pozice a finanční situace mezinárodně působící společnosti Selltime s.r.o. ve sledovaném období let 2016 – 2020. Práce je rozdělena na tři části. V teoretické části jsou popsány teoretická východiska, pojmy a metody. Následující analytická část se zabývá posouzením vnějšího, oborového a vnitřního prostředí sledovaného podniku a dále zhodnocením jeho finančního zdraví. Poslední část této diplomové práce se zabývá návrhem plánu expanze na zahraniční trh. This diploma thesis is focused on assesing of the strategic position and financial situation of an internationally operating company Selltime s.r.o. in the period of 2016 – 2020. The thesis is divided into three parts. The theoretical part describes theoretical background, terms and methods. The following analytical part deals with the assessment of the external, intra-industry and internal environment of the monitored company and the evaluation of its financial health. The last part of this diploma thesis deals with the proposal of an expansion plan to a new foreign market.
