The subject of the bachelor thesis: „Proposal for a Change of the System of Labour Recruitment in a Company“ is an analysis of the current recruitment system and employee motivation program at Authentica s.r.o. providing suggestions for improvements. The first part of this thesis focuses on explanation of the terms: manpower and job. The second part of the thesis examines the personnel policy, recruitment system and motivation of employees at Authentica, s.r.o. The conclusion offers suggestions of improvements to the combined system of recruitment and work motivation.

The paper in its first part summarizes theoretical background of budgets and budgeting process in companies. It describes budgets in connection to other tools used to manage a company. The work is mainly focused on mativating, coordinating, planning and controling function of budgets. In its practical part it describes budgeting process in Dek a.s. In the end, there is a critical review of budgeting process from the company in relation and comparison to what has been written in the first part.
