Cílem této práce je zjistit, jak se manažeři ve společnosti OVB Allfinanz vypořádávají s motivační rolí -- jak moc si ji uvědomují, využívají ji ve svém styku s podřízenými, a jak sami sebe v této roli hodnotí. Stěžejní výzkumnou metodou je empirické šetření prostřednictvím dotazníků. V případě zjištění jakýkoliv nedostatků v této oblasti, navržení možných opatření. The aim of this diploma theses is detection of manager's motivational role in OVB Allfinanz corp. -- their awareness of motivational role, exploitation of motivational role in their work and their self -- evaluation. Questionnaire is fundamental research method. In the case of detection some failure in this area, suggesting potential arrangement.
