Předmětem bakalářské práce „Návrh na změnu systému vyhledávání pracovníků společnosti“ je analýza současného systému vyhledání a pracovní motivace v podniku Authentica s.r.o. s návrhem jeho zlepšení. První část je zaměřena na vysvětlení pojmů lidské zdroje a pracovní místo. V druhé části charakterizuji personální politiku, systém vyhledání pracovníků a motivaci v podniku Authentica s.r.o. V závěru je navržena možnost zlepšení současného systému vyhledání pracovníků a pracovní motivace. The subject of the bachelor thesis: „Proposal for a Change of the System of Labour Recruitment in a Company“ is an analysis of the current recruitment system and employee motivation program at Authentica s.r.o. providing suggestions for improvements. The first part of this thesis focuses on explanation of the terms: manpower and job. The second part of the thesis examines the personnel policy, recruitment system and motivation of employees at Authentica, s.r.o. The conclusion offers suggestions of improvements to the combined system of recruitment and work motivation.
